While, like any platform, there have been occasional challenges, Spryker's support team, led by Arturo, has consistently provided prompt and effective solutions. Any minor inconveniences were swiftly addressed, reinforcing our confidence in the platform's reliability.

Spryker's Cloud Commerce OS provides a highly flexible and scalable architecture. This has allowed us to effortlessly tailor the platform to our unique needs, ensuring adaptability to changes in our business landscape and accommodating growth seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
Efficient UI, swift performance, excellent support with responsive customer success, and ongoing efforts to enhance the extension marketplace make my experience as a new Spryker user delightful.
What do you dislike about the product?
User-friendly aspects like UI and support are commendable. However, challenges arise for non-developers in executing advanced actions (e.g., imports/exports) and renaming product SKUs, impacting overall user experience.

Spryker Cloud Commerce OS is helping solve our problem with connecting addtional brands/merchants and their separate ERP systems into one ecommerce platform for seamless operation.

Spryker the ecommerce tool for 2023
What do you like best about the product?
We recently launched a multiregional experience with multiple warehouses and stores in the same instance of Spryker. This was initially a challenge, but with the proper guidance, we could launch on time and provide an excellent experience for our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some issues have come up on the roadmap to maintain Spryker up to date; We need to plan this next year carefully and implement a consistent update approach to our backlog. We will need time from our development team to spend on this regular update.s
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spryker is providing the backbone of our eCommerce operation. It is crucial on our success in driving revenue with consistent information flow and reliable connections to all other systems involved (Customer Service, Warehouse, Payments, etc)
Top of the line TCO, TTM, scalability, and support
What do you like best about the product?
Spryker's mix of composability and packaged business capabilities enabled us to build and launch an MVP in only six months with a small team. When the time came to quadruple our business in a multi-store structure, the platform's flexibility allowed us to complete the ramp-up in a couple of months. The team at Spryker is invested in our success, supporting us every step of the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we have not found any relevant roadblocks or flaws worth mentioning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We launched B2B digital wholesaling operations in Mexico. Our customers are mom-and-pop grocery shops, typically with pen and paper management and little to nonexistent digitization. Spryker's composability allowed us to build tailored digital experiences with which our customers can feel comfortable.
Great consultance, support, williness to succeed are the biggest values for Spryker.

Flexibility, customer orientation, system support, functionalities out of the box.

No office in South America, no local support in Brazil.

Connecting the inventories of our customers to offer a market place for the Workshops, improving the product availability.
Best in class for composable e-commerce platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent PaaS Plattform! Outstanding support. Great functions alread out of the box. Fast time to market.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to complain. Maybe that the company is in the starting phase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increase of sales revenue and lifting our plattform to a modern next level architecture. PaaS gives us the foundation to scale quickly.
Hard learning curve that paid off 100%
What do you like best about the product?
The software architecture based on a modular monolithic is really well designed. There is a healthy community in Slack keen to help you anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an OSS, sometimes it is not that easy to contribute with your own changes/fixes/improvements.

It's the core of our e-commerce webshop.
Exceptional procurement and scoping process!
What do you like best about the product?
Our company is in the midst of a large-scale digital transformation with a lot of different software vendors at play. The Spryker pre-sales team offered exceptional strategic advice and brought in their solution architect to not only scope the Spryker solution but also work through a capability mapping exercise and integrations with the other vendors. They were open and honest with us throughout the process and were a very friendly team to work with. We see them being great long-term partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to say in this box...they were great.
The only limitation we had was that to manage the product internally we will need to recruit/contract a PHP developer, which is easily manageable.

We are solving 3 key problems with Spryker:
1. Taking some of the processing load off our ERP system, Netsuite, to speed it up
2. Handling the complexities of a franchise system to enable us to accelerate our digital presence into eCommerce
3. Deliver a highly customized Point-of-Sale system that we were not able to achieve from the many vendors we assessed
