What do you like best about the product?
I love Kiteworks for its strongest security and encryption, which ensures that sensitive files stay protected both in transit and at rest. The setup was straightforward with clear instructions, making it easy to get started. I also integrated it with Outlook for secure email, which adds a layer of security to my communications. Switching to Kiteworks from FTP/SFTP tools like FileZilla and WinSCP has been beneficial as it offers better security and logging.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that large file transfer can be slow at times, and uploading multiple large files at once sometimes lags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Kiteworks for sending large files that can't be emailed, with strong security and encryption to protect sensitive data. It ensures files stay safe in transit and at rest. We switched to Kiteworks for better security and logging compared to FileZilla and WinSCP.

I use Kiteworks for secure file sharing and managing sensitive data with full access control and compliance. I really like Kiteworks strong security and compliance features, which give me confidence that sensitive files are protected, access is fully controlled, and all activity is clearly tracked in one place. The encryption and strict access controls ensure that sensitive data is always protected. The detailed audit logs make it easy to stay compliant and accountable, which reduces risk and builds trust when sharing files.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be more intuitive, and the initial setup can feel a bit complex. Improving ease of use and simplifying configuration would make Kiteworks even better.

The mobile hub UX could be smoother. Sometimes navigating's a bit tricky. Also, more customization options for notifications could be great. The mobile app’s UX, sometimes the file folder navigation feels a bit clunky. Simple things like uploading files could be more intuitive.

I use Kiteworks for secure file sharing, document tracking, and compliance management. It handles audit trails, security controls, and integrates with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace, streamlining collaboration and reducing manual work on compliance.

It solves the problem of sending sensitive files over emails or public cloud platforms by providing a secure encrypted way to share documents between our teams without fear of our data being attacked.
