Organizations often share sensitive files (contracts, medical records, financial reports) via email, FTP, or consumer cloud tools — all of which can be insecure.

I like Kiteworks for its very easy and clean interface, as well as its secure file sharing. It's trusted and helps in preventing data breaches or hacks, offering stronger security and risk reduction. The platform is also easy to use and set up.

I think the user interface should be a little more attractive. Like making more attractive logos, more descriptions, and adding some unique colors and designs.

I use Kiteworks for securely sharing data to trusted third parties. It solves problems like data breaches and ensures secure connections, benefiting our organization by providing stronger security and risk reduction. Its clean interface and ease of use also help prevent hacks.

I find Kiteworks very easy to use, especially when sending large documents, and it's easy to navigate even for beginners. I only needed one tutorial, and walking through it was straightforward. I also appreciate that the link is accessible to different companies across the board to access needed information that is shared. Logging in was quick and easy, and I prefer using Kiteworks over other tools like MShare.
