All of the features of LastPass Business are very important because they are very secure. It solves most of our information technology and cybersecurity issues.

LastPass Business has saved a lot of time when onboarding new staff and providing them with access to our login information for particular accounts. It has saved us about fifty to fifty-five percent of our time because we can share our credentials securely. Password security is vital, knowing that as a business, we can change passwords at a moment's notice without impacting the whole company. We can have access to LastPass Business on multiple devices on the go, promoting collaboration.
What needs improvement?
LastPass Business needs to provide a simple and straightforward pathway to access the vault on the desktop when a user wants and needs that access.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I switched from QuickBooks Online and Trello to LastPass Business because LastPass Business can easily scale with our needs. I only wish it was easier for users to review what folders they have access to. As you scale, you will want to ensure that you set up in an organized fashion, or it can feel unruly. It allows others to manage what they need to save, which saves you time in managing. It is also very secure, so we do not have to worry about data breaches. LastPass Business is very cost-effective, can be used by any size of organization, and is very easy to use, making it a good alternative to Trello and QuickBooks Online.

It would be nice if LastPass Business had a support landing page with quick how-to videos in multiple languages. However, I have not had a lot of need for support.
I would rate this review a nine out of ten.

One Password to Secure Them All
Centralized password vault has transformed access control and dramatically improved security
What is our primary use case?
LastPass Business is a great tool overall; currently, mostly our IT department at my company uses it as we always had issues determining where to store secure passwords. Eventually, it is something we may even offer to end-users so they stop writing passwords on sticky notes. This is the main issue that LastPass Business addresses.
We have also enabled stronger multi-factor access to those passwords that we have and created a central place to manage all of the passwords for our corporate technology team. I also love LastPass Business because it addresses weak and repetitively used passwords, enabling us to update them frequently.
What is most valuable?
LastPass Business is a seamless password management tool. Now we use it across the company and it helps streamline the storage and retrieval of the myriad of passwords that we all encounter on the web these days, making it easy to share across accounts and help individuals get access to the passwords they need to do their jobs quickly and easily.
It is a better alternative than having to remember passwords or write them down on Post-it notes, especially as most of our staff has transitioned to remote work. It solves most of our information technology and cybersecurity issues.
LastPass Business does a good job of organizing passwords and making it easy to share some and not others. I have a personal and a company LastPass Business account, and it is seamless to shift between them. The website autofill integration is great and makes logging into sites a breeze.
Autofill helps us log in seamlessly to various apps where we do not have to remember the password; it automatically autofills the password and we are able to log in, saving a lot of time.
LastPass Business has a good structure to manage different departments' passwords and suggests strong passwords when setting up new accounts. It allows users to not have to remember the password since it is saved securely. It has a Vault that saves and stores organization-wide credentials. I love that because it is very secure and saves time from having to ask a coworker for their logging information. We are able to share that information and remotely collaborate easily.
It has increased our security by 40 to 55 percent because LastPass Business has a Vault that saves and stores organization-wide credentials where it is very secure and easy to access. It saves time from having to ask a coworker for their logging information, takes the stress out of worrying about internet security and related threats, and helps make the onboarding and offboarding process easier for the HR and OPS teams with little concern for employees changing logins and little to no worry about data breaches and other security issues.
Since we deployed it, we do not have to waste time logging into multiple apps in my organization. It makes it very easy for new hires to be able to log in to multiple apps within LastPass Business, saving a lot of time.
LastPass Business is deployed in my organization as a Hybrid Cloud.
What needs improvement?
LastPass Business does not allow people to copy and save passwords from shared folders into a personal vault. There should be a feature that allows more users to be admins with access to the console.
LastPass Business should only save work-related passwords when logged into G Suite.
I have a concern because too many people use LastPass Business for personal password protection.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have used LastPass Business for the past eight years, even in my previous organization.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
LastPass Business is relatively very stable. I have not experienced any downtime or lagging.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
LastPass Business is very scalable. It can accommodate both personal and business password management and can be used by any size of organization, whether small, medium, or large.
How are customer service and support?
LastPass Business's customer support is very proactive and helpful. I would rate LastPass Business's customer support a 9 out of 10.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I previously used Okta Identity Cloud.
LastPass Business is very user-friendly and secure, very easy to use, cost-effective, and the support has always been top-notch. The Okta Identity Cloud has very complex security features that take time to learn about. Its user interface was not intuitive, and the support time takes a lot of days, like two to three days to respond to a certain query. Those were the reasons we switched from Okta Identity Cloud to LastPass Business.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Before choosing LastPass Business, I evaluated OneLogin and Icecream Password Manager.
What other advice do I have?
According to my experience, the price for LastPass Business is affordable and cost-effective. The licensing is very pocket-friendly, making it an affordable tool even for smaller organizations.
Users complain less, especially due to increased security and no cyber threats. The central password makes it easy to manage all passwords. There are fewer calls for password resets, especially for the IT department, saving a lot of time and costs and minimizing disruption. This enables the IT department to focus on more strategic tasks.
LastPass Business is very user-friendly and secure, very easy to use, cost-effective, and the support has always been top-notch.
My user experience with LastPass Business has been great, earning a 9 out of 10 rating.
It has really been a game changer, especially due to simplifying and streamlining the process of logging into different apps, where we use one password to open all the business applications, saving a lot of time. We have little concern for employees changing their logins because it is secure. We have little to no worry about data breaches and other security issues because our security has dramatically increased due to LastPass Business's robust security features.
I purchased LastPass Business through the AWS Marketplace.
LastPass Business is a very comprehensive and easy-to-use password management solution that any business should adopt, especially if they want to secure their accounts and improve their security on their business applications and accounts.
