What do you like best about the product?

I’ve been using Last Pass for over a year now. One feature I really appreciate is the ability to share access without revealing the actual password. It’s kept all my passwords secure, so I never have to worry about remembering them. It stores everything safely in one place and makes it easy to log in across different devices.

What do you dislike about the product?

LastPass seems to have gone downhill over the last few months. It worked well for a few years, but now I’m having problems syncing my account between computers, and sometimes it just doesn’t work the way it used to.

LastPass helps me manage and secure all my passwords in one place.

What do you like best about the product?

With LastPass Premium, use of LastPass on Windows PCs, Android tablets and Android phones is quick and seamless. Product integrates well on all three platforms. Great live customer support that resolved an account issue quickly... Makes security easier at a good price point.

What do you dislike about the product?

Autofill can sometime pick the wrong login/password combination, forcing manual copy & paste - easily resolved...

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helping to keep track of [and secure] over 1100 username/password combinations - helps prevent insecure re-use of credentials.

What do you like best about the product?

I love how LastPass keeps and manages passwords on different devices, making logins easier. It generates passwords, autofills forms, and shares them securely, which boosts safety and productivity. You don't have to remember complex credentials, so it's way less stressful.

There’s nothing specific to point out, but we have to enter the password every day to log in.

It helps a lot to keep all sensitive data under one roof for all clients, and it makes that information easy to find and search.

Sometimes i fee the loading of vault takes too long.

The amazing thing about LP is that you can store all your information—like usernames and passwords for your business—without constantly worrying about security concerns. It feels trustworthy and is easy to access whenever you need it.

What I dislike about LastPass is that when someone shares an invite or some information with me, it sometimes takes a long time to show up on the dashboard.

It has benefited me a lot because I don’t have to look here and there for information like usernames and passwords for multiple sites. Instead, it gives me a single window where I can easily access and check all the information in one place.

Easy to use and not overly aggressive in trying to save fields that are not passwords like Keeper.

What I like most about LastPass is that it completely removes the stress of having to remember so many different passwords for different apps and websites. You only need to remember a single master password (or sign in with your work account), and LastPass takes care of the rest by securely saving and autofilling your login details whenever you open a page. When you create a new account, the built-in password generator instantly produces a super-strong, random password, which helps keep your accounts safe from hackers. Also, when we need to share a username and password with other users in the organisation, we can hide the password so the user can’t see it, while still allowing them to access the third-party website and get the work done. It syncs smoothly across my mobile phone and laptop browser, making the overall internet experience faster, easier, and much more tension-free.

What do you dislike about the product?

What I dislike most about LastPass is how often it logs me out automatically. It becomes a real hassle because I have to keep re-entering my master password or using biometrics again and again just to access my accounts. On top of that, the overall UI/UX feels outdated and clunky. The interface isn’t very intuitive, so it can be confusing to navigate through saved passwords or update settings quickly. Overall, it lacks the smooth, modern feel I expect from an app I use every day.

LastPass takes a lot of the headache out of password management by working like a secure digital locker for all our credentials. Instead of wasting time resetting forgotten passwords or falling back on weak, reused ones like “Password123” across multiple sites, it keeps everything stored in one place and autofills my details right when I need them. The biggest upside for me is the peace of mind and time saved, because it helps keep my accounts safer from cyber threats while making everyday browsing feel faster and smoother.

For businesses and team collaboration, it also addresses a major security risk by letting you share access to company portals and tools with other people in the organization without revealing the plain-text password. That way, the team can log in and get work done efficiently, but they can’t simply take the password with them if they leave. Overall, it helps keep company access and data protected while still making day-to-day work easier.

What do you like best about the product?

What I liked most about LastPass was how it simplified managing multiple work-related logins across engineering tools, documentation portals, collaboration platforms, and browser-based systems without repeatedly resetting or manually entering passwords.

For example, during project coordination and documentation activities, I regularly switched between internal portals, email systems, supplier platforms, and shared resources. The autofill and password vault features reduced login delays significantly and made access management much smoother during busy workflows.

I also found the password-sharing functionality useful while coordinating shared project accounts because credentials could be shared securely without exposing passwords through chats or spreadsheets.
The browser integration worked well in daily usage, and the onboarding process was straightforward because importing credentials and setting up the extension required very little configuration effort.

From a performance perspective, login autofill and credential syncing worked reliably across devices during regular work activities. I also liked the password strength alerts and security recommendations because they helped identify weak or reused credentials that could create security risks.

What do you dislike about the product?

One issue I noticed is that the browser extension occasionally requires repeated logins or delayed syncing, especially after password updates.

I also felt that certain UI sections, particularly when handling large numbers of stored accounts, could be organized more efficiently to reduce scrolling and searching effort.
From a pricing perspective, some advanced business and sharing features may feel expensive for smaller teams or users with simpler requirements.

Before using LastPass, login credentials were managed manually through notes, spreadsheets, or browser-saved passwords, which created security risks and wasted time during daily workflow activities.

While handling multiple engineering documentation portals, communication tools, and project-related systems, remembering complex passwords and switching between accounts became difficult and inconsistent.
LastPass solved this by centralizing password storage, autofill, secure sharing, and credential management into one platform. Instead of repeatedly resetting passwords or manually entering credentials, logins could be accessed quickly and securely through the vault and browser extension.

This improved workflow efficiency, reduced password-related delays, minimized insecure credential sharing, and created a more organized access-management process during daily project coordination and documentation activities.

From an ROI perspective, the time saved during repeated logins and credential recovery activities improved productivity, especially while handling multiple systems and shared project accounts.
