Fast, Easy, and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
NordVPN is extremely easy to use, install and literally at the push of a button we can have a VPN connection up and running. We have a variety of users that use different operating systems, and they are supported with NordVPN. Another awesome feature is the kill switch, which kills the network connection on the computer so the person using NordVPN knows when or if the VPN connection drops.
What do you dislike about the product?
Shockingly, very little, the only complaint could be for the price. It's priced competitively, but there are other VPN products with similar features at a cheaper cost. However, the other software isn't nearly as easy to use or feature rich as NordVPN. Overall, very pleased and wonderful application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using NordVPN in our security division when we are doing vulnerability scans or penetration tests. The reason we're using NordVPN is so our IP assigned by our ISP isn't improperly flagged as a malicious IP because of all the scans we do during our tests. NordVPN allows us to mask our IP, and do all of our tests without having our IP flagged as malicious.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Test out some of the other big VPN software companies like strongVPN and ibVPN and see which one you like the most. NordVPN is extremely easy to setup and use, you will spend literally one minute setting it up for each user that requires the software.
