It is a stable platform. I rate its stability a ten out of ten.

We have three analysts using the platform. I rate its scalability a seven out of ten. It can be improved in terms of customization.
How was the initial setup?
The platform’s initial setup is straightforward. I rate its process a ten out of ten. We click a button, and a script automates the process. It takes less than an hour to complete.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
I rate the platform’s pricing a ten out of ten. It is very expensive and based on connectors. Thus, we are looking for a low-cost solution with similar integration services.
What other advice do I have?
The platform is good. I recommend it to others. I advise others to go for it if the use case is heavy. They should prefer using other tools if there are just a few connections. The platform is not consumption-dependent but connector dependent.
I rate it an eight out of ten.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and understand. Great support for Implementing complex integration logic for data integration. Also its other products give great features for API management, EDI and B2B integrations along with other features like Boomi Flow and Master Data Management (MDM)
What do you dislike about the product?
The search features is missing for some parts because of which a user needs to scroll down through all the list to select for the required component. A search could be added for process name in th extension to improve the usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in implementing data integrations for batch and real time data. It makes data engineering operations easier because of its UI based approach in developing data integration.

What do you like best about the product?
Boomi is a very comprehensive integration platform. It has created so much organization and simplification within my company. It readily connects to most platforms, but offers custom connections as well. It does its job very well. It also serves as a Master Data Mart where employees, projects, clients, etc. have golden records with their information from every system in a centralized place. I love boomi!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the platform does a lot, it is quite complex. A non-technical person might struggle with navigation. This isn't necessarily a dislike, but something to note.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Boomi solves two main issues.
First, it centralized all of my company's integrations and allowed us to break apart large flows. This has created very clear points of failure when processes fail.
Second, it created a master data mart for multiple record types.

What do you like best about the product?
The ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) tools, called "shapes' in the Boomi universe, are very powerful and versatile for handling the data in every way and optimizing it for bulk operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some small nuances in a connector's details will be considered a different connector in Boomi's eyes and drive the connector counts, which is how Boomi monetizes its tool. Example: you need a duplicate amazon redshift connector to access a different schema but under the same URL
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shuttling data through different systems along the journey of an entity reflecting its status in the implementation lifecycle as it gathers data points to be dropped off the many systems it traverses.

There is actually nothing which I don't like about boomi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration needs for big enterprises. Api management for all the APIs needed and used in the organisation.

It's okay for a person just starting but I think the price is too expensive for me.

It is perfect, especially for someone just starting. I like it personally because it is more direct and to the point than most leading brands and others. I love it.

The only thing I don't like about this problem is that the cost is too expensive for me. The price might be acceptable for others, but that is my opinion. I love it, though.

It is solving the biggest problem in my company, which is the proxy service. I love it very much, and I look forward to using this product in the future time when I need it.
Minimal code environment for Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Boomi is very flexible in configuring Integrations as it is managed entirely on the cloud. The revision history in Boomi processes eliminates the maintaininance of separate code repository for revision control
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little times, boomi network is down. To avoid this boomi is giving alerts before every updates release and making the platform with no downtime. Apart from this they are updating everywhere possible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating among multiple systems with low coding environment thus maintaining sync. Everything at one place- desinging , developing, deploying, monitoring of APIs/P2P integrations reduces costs of maintaining different systems.
Sugar Sell with Boomi
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the UI, especially their now minimalist color scheme with the buttons. They have the most number of readily available connectors and would even create "partner connectors" for your business requirements. All of the functionalities within Boomi are configurable. The native Sugar Sell connectors that could integrate with client Sugar instance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The auto-arrange function messes things up 100% of the time whenever integration processes have branched out exponentially, even with simple looped logic. It is very tedious to remove multiple branches snapped to a shape just to find the branch you need to disconnect. Integration developer does not know which branch is executed whenever multiple shapes are snap to a single destination shape.

Automation of business processes that have a repeating set of steps with varying, dynamic variables. It provides a quality-assured output as it was configured that could execute in a scheduled manner.
