What do you like best about the product?
I really like Boomi's user interface; it's so easy to use. The straightforward and easy-to-learn nature of Boomi makes it very accessible. Also, the initial setup was very easy. Automating all of our orders, inventory, and invoices with Boomi has been beneficial. I appreciate how it connects with various platforms like Salesforce and Dynamics GP, and it has connectors for Azure DevOps and Active Directory.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more connectors and the ability to mass update maps using AI. For example, updating all my Salesforce SOAP to REST could be made easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Boomi automates orders, inventory, and invoices, simplifying our integrations from Salesforce to Dynamics GP, and connectors for Azure DevOps and Active Directory.

Boomi: Essential for API Integration, but Needs Better Mapping Features

  • May 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Boomi AI and agent tech AI, and we use a lot of API management. The integration build is something we rely on a lot. We also utilize process properties, process reporting, and deployments. These features are really helpful for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few limited things I don't like. They are not fixing the issues, especially the visual issues when we are trying to reimport; all the mapping has been wiped off. I would like to fix that from the Boomi end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Boomi for all our API integrations, EDI, and flow.

Smooth NetSuite Integration with Fast, Low-Code Automation

  • April 07, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Boomi's smooth interface with NetSuite, which facilitates simple and effective data flows, is what I appreciate best about it.
Its drag-and-drop, low-code interface facilitates rapid integration development and deployment.
Additionally, it offers real-time, event-driven automation and expands effectively with reusable components.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes dislike Boomi since it can be difficult to debug and handle errors, especially when dealing with complex operations. In comparison to more recent platforms, the user interface may seem a little antiquated and less intuitive.
As integrations grow, especially with increased usage and connectivity, it can also become costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By removing manual data transfers and lowering errors, Boomi addresses the difficulty of connecting NetSuite with other systems.
It improves operational efficiency and speeds up decision-making by automating operations and enabling real-time data sync.
Time savings, improved data accuracy, and a scalable integration architecture as business needs arise from this.

Nice, but huge opportunities for improvement

  • March 22, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It cover a lot of areas, not only APIM but also streaming and data integration
What do you dislike about the product?
Long time to value in case of iPaaS without SaaS (because infra)
Obsolete Java 11 (low performance, limited high real-time)
Limited scalability (max 10 nodes/molecules and 4 nodes in API GW)
Hide security vulnerabilities
The pricing is not transparent (a lot of changes in time and same parts are only for new clients)
Weak support (primary from Asia)
Limited key upgrades (requested addition payment)
It is not possible to use all Boomi functionalities in on-prem or out of AWS
Strong relation to one cloud provider (AWS, see Event Streams, OpenJDK from AWS, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main integration solution in company.

Effortless Integration, Needs Faster Reporting

  • March 20, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration part of Boomi where we can communicate with multiple systems smoothly using predefined connectors, without needing large lines of code. If I want to use Salesforce or Shopify, Boomi provides the desired connectors, and I just need to input some configuration values to connect with those platforms. The initial setup of Boomi was too easy as per the guide and service support. I use Boomi daily, and I'm quite impressed with its capabilities. I rate it a 9 out of 10 for recommending to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the process reporting takes a bit to load the documents in real-time, and that could be improved. After successful execution of any process, it should show the processed documents as soon as possible, but sometimes it takes 15-20 minutes, causing delays in operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Boomi helps connect multiple systems, share data, and manage large datasets. I appreciate the smooth integration with predefined connectors, eliminating the need for extensive coding.

Cloud integration has transformed projects and delivers faster, more secure business workflows

  • March 18, 2026
  • Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Boomi iPaaS is integration, as I have been integrating Boomi iPaaS with many source and destination systems such as Salesforce.

I use Boomi iPaaS as an integrator, connecting with Salesforce, which is a CRM tool, and NetSuite, which is an ERP tool, and I have backed up everything into a database. I have integrated all these systems through Boomi iPaaS, and I am also sending data to various websites using APIs with the HTTP connector in Boomi iPaaS and MDH from Master Data Hub, which is also in Boomi iPaaS, or Boomi Flow.

Additionally, I am using Boomi Agent Garden, Boomi API Studio, and Boomi MDH.

What is most valuable?

In my opinion, the best feature Boomi iPaaS offers is its user interface, which is easy to maintain, has a low cost, and offers low licensing costs, making it very easy to develop any integration.

Regarding features, Boomi iPaaS performs best and is more stable. It also has easy support, allowing me to contact the Boomi support vendor team for assistance with atoms, molecules, runtimes, and clusters. Security-wise, it is also more secure, enabling the use of internal OAuth 2.0 tokens and basic authentication for high-level authentication, and I can integrate with third-party services to obtain authentication, with some banking projects in Boomi iPaaS using PayU, Razorpay, and various payment platform authentications.

The positive impact of Boomi iPaaS on my organization has been significant, as after adopting it, I received many projects with the help of the Boomi vendor who brought me opportunities for Boomi iPaaS usage. Previously, I used TIBCO, MFT, and WebMethods, which were all very old systems. Boomi iPaaS is cloud-based and continues to update constantly, which has been very useful and led to more business.

I can definitely say I see specific positive outcomes after moving to Boomi iPaaS, noting improvements in efficiency, cost savings, and faster project delivery. The connector-based licensing cost is very low compared to other integration tools, and for security purposes, it is helpful. I have observed significant good performance transitioning from old legacy systems to Boomi iPaaS.

What needs improvement?

In terms of improvements, there is not much to enhance, but I believe a more user-friendly UI, solid Agent Garden features, and more training initiatives to promote Boomi iPaaS would be beneficial.

I wish Boomi iPaaS had more up-to-date authentication systems such as Microsoft Authenticator and Okta. Additionally, for documentation, they should prepare comprehensive documentation for all Boomi iPaaS products instead of a page-by-page website.

Though Boomi iPaaS is the best tool, it still requires improvement in reaching more people through training, appropriate documentation, and customer support, as their support team is not adequately trained.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Boomi iPaaS is indeed very stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

In terms of scalability, I find it highly scalable, and I would rate it a 10 out of 10.

How are customer service and support?

Regarding customer support, I would rate it as above average at about 60%.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Positive

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I previously used TIBCO, a very old system, and I switched to Boomi iPaaS for its cloud capabilities.

Before selecting Boomi iPaaS, I evaluated other options such as WebMethods Integration, Workato, and MuleSoft.

What was our ROI?

I have observed a 100% return on investment, with considerable time saved and clients very happy with the output they received. Concerning fewer employees needed, Boomi iPaaS is indeed an automated developer system, leading to a need for fewer employees to manage the integration process.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing indicates it is a little bit high but still reasonable.

What other advice do I have?

On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate Boomi iPaaS a perfect 10. The reason I give it a 10 is that it is the best integration tool I have used until now, and it does not have any competitors at this moment.

My advice for others looking into using Boomi iPaaS is simple: go for it.

Which deployment model are you using for this solution?

Private Cloud

If public cloud, private cloud, or hybrid cloud, which cloud provider do you use?

Amazon Web Services (AWS)
