Maverick buying for P2P process. Process can be reviewed from the very beginning till the end
QPR Process Mining is a great tool and one of the Market Leaders!

The Team and the competencies of QPR colleages

Sometimes the tool is very slow, specially in case I show a Demo. I am not sure if it is related to the tool or our IT setup

Awesome customer support, always reacheable and try to help you out no matter what you ask.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you need to refresh Dashboards in order they appear as you expect to see them, not sure if this is a global problem or simply my PC/Internet connection/Internet browser problem, but not critical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool is used to find bottlenecks, improve some processes, measure process, statistic data straight away based on ERP data. E.g. Tracking of EDI sales orders on O2C side.

Slightly outdated for large data data pools.
