Critical Factor for Our Success
What do you like best about the product?
Cloudbees provides a more simplified solution to handle our management operations. It delivers Jenkins at scale and is the most efficient software for Jenkins I have used. Nowadays I can easily manage Kubernetes clusters from an appealing interface and easy-to-navigate software. We also utilize with ease Cloudbees for a majority of our cloud-hosted applications, and it works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
While we frequently spin containers, we have experienced one and a few times a slow performance. Also, more enhancements could be directed towards improving the code snippets of Cloudbees. The learning curve is also pretty slow, and newly onboarded users have to be walked through, which is time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We fixed the issues we had on bug detection. Now, this can be done much earlier. Cloudbees has given us a good return for our investments since it is rich in CI resources. Working in the back-end, we utilize Cloudbees in testing pipelines before their release.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have experienced firsthand the fantastic framework of Cloudbees CI, enjoying the favorable pricing that assures you returns on your investments within just a few months. I'd urge all potential buyers to explore it.

Good product but lots of competition in the market
What do you like best about the product?
Huge array of plugins available. Pipelines have great simple visualistion. The tools is very flexible and extensibe. Account Management team are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Officially supported plugins are not always availble. Running a large installation can get expensive compared to some other tools available for much less cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building and deplyoing code using CI/CD pipelines. Managing infrastructure pipelines. Automation makes these tasks very efficient and easy. Turaround time has greatly increaded. Developer productivity has increased.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Talk to the account team about how best to implement the tools. Look at the community plugins and support available. Also check the competition - tools is great but do you need the full blown product or can you manage to start CI/CD journey easier and cheaper.
Some CloudBees Jenkins plugins provide very valuable features
What do you like best about the product?
Teams can get up and running fast with pre-configured templates thanks to the onboarding tools. I highly recommend utilizing Jenkins for automation because of the excellent support and the accuracy and effectiveness of the output. I appreciate your help in this area because it's so straightforward and helpful. Cloudbee Jenkins is a popular DevOps platform automation tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The relocation was complicated by the fact that certain teams used spinners in their internal operations, which needed calibration. There may be no bees gone, but I don't think that's the case. The CloudBees proprietary plugins appear to have a few issues here and there, which might cause crashes from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jenkins Assistant will be easier to handle now that we're transitioning to DevOps, so developers may customize their own processes without interfering with others. On top of Jenkins, CloudBees CI provides excellent support and additional features. Although the costs and lack of access to proprietary components are a drawback, it is crucial to evaluate the increased capability to see whether it is worth the price.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To orchestrate our CI processes and automate routine engineering tasks, we're utilizing CloudBees CI. Since moving away from Jenkins, we've seen a significant increase in the speed and reliability with which we can create and release software.
CloudBees, the company that enables our success.
What do you like best about the product?
The people at Cloudbees always strive to be at the forefront of the software industry and support their customers on the road to technological modernization. The team I got to work with is very helpful and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing to highlight. We have some delays, but they are inherent to the size of our own projects, teams, and the companies we have acquired that have not yet finished merging with us. Cloudbees was not a stopper at any point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Platform scalability and technological upgrade. They have a great team and solutions for both. We have started the quest for our platform upgrade and modernization.
It simplifies and expedites the automated processes
What do you like best about the product?
With a 3D architecture-based application, CloudBees CI is a powerful automation solution. It clarifies how the software we utilized with CloudBees CI was built with continuous integration and delivery in mind. Very professional and educated CloudBees customer service representatives are here to assist you. If you're not a Java programmer, you may find that these plugins and documentation help fill in the gaps in Jenkins' plugins and documentation. It's not always easy to figure out where they're headed. I may, however, ask for a rapid solution if I have a requirement. I like how meticulously you explain each step in your tutorials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is in order, and the customer is getting excellent service, but the documentation might be improved so that new users can get up and running quickly and understand how the scripts work. Information such as where to seek for an update file or how to handle a certain folder may be absent from the instructions at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes the automated chores simple and fasts to perform without affecting our developer's team atmosphere or compliance requirements. Teams can get up and running fast with pre-configured templates thanks to the onboarding tools. If you have your own Jenkins server and utilize it for critical functions, purchasing a service agreement is a good investment. The money you spend now will spare you the agony of tomorrow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As a result, I had to make sure that the new Jenkins installation had all of the same features as our original Jenkins installation. The human effort may be reduced as well, and it does so in a clever way. Overall, it's a good fit for our team of developers who use CloudBees CI to do automated tasks. In the area of continuous integration and delivery, CloudBees is delivering excellent service.

Cloud bees makes life easier
What do you like best about the product?
scalability, flexibility, cost efficient, easy to configure and most of all it helps to find where the code started breaking
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be better to have an ability to control/configure agents via UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optimization of software development process, on commit build, logs display as part of build and early detection of code break.
Scalable to fulfil requirements of large scale enterprises
What do you like best about the product?
The Kubernetes based container template reduced the chaos of maintaining tons of plugins, and isolation of desired software with the individual container is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found performance issues. We face problems while spinning up the containers, and even the UI of the controller loads very slowly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have isolated the jobs of different teams to dedicated controllers, and plugin chaos was a big issue that is solved now. The Jenkinsfile source code as pipeline helped us organize and secure the definition of different jobs across the teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Work on the scalability of overall product performance.
