What do you like best about the product?
CloudBees Jenkins Support Engineers are mostly proactive and are good regarding follow up with their clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Different support engineers are assigned to tickets from the same organization. Many times we would have to request a specific support engineer to look into the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Troubleshooting and analyzing the root cause of crashes.

What do you like best about the product?
CloudBees always ahead of moulding their product to fit for current trends and technologies. They brought CloudBees Jenkins Platform and then PaaS solution (with mesos) and now Kubernetes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Product is designed to fit for CloudBased platforms than on-prem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire tool chain is integrated with CloudBees Jenkins, we achieved a complete CI/CD workflow.
Forward Thinking and Good Support
What do you like best about the product?
Cloudbees has excellent knowledge base articles that are in depth. The web support is good and there is coordination between the account representative and support in case of issues. Support staff is knowledgeable and there are opportunities to work with some of the plugin maintainers. If you have the support contract, you also have access to training videos and information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since support is web based and there is not a support number, sometimes it is difficult to figure out the best way to get immediate support when needed. Some of the training and knowledge base articles would benefit from review by a native English speaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business had several CI/CD products which were not supported and did not integrate well. Cloudbees has a good product with various integrations and it is improving the visibility and speed of our CI/CD environment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Cloudbees has the ability to be an all in one tool. I recently viewed a webinar where they are working to integrate security and auditing tools, which is also sorely needed in the CI/CD industry.

What do you like best about the product?
I like CloudBees since it is an open source continuous integration platform that offers a wide array of cloud hosting services.
Another main benefit of CloudBees is that it allows users to spin up a new server and use it to carry out an entirety of your application’s codes thereby providing exceptional concurrency in all features and aspects of your applications.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides of this application is that it is not compatible with applications that do not run on Java framework.
In addition, while it is paramount to have all your applications scaled up concurrently, it can be irrelevant to have a huge amount of resources at your dispose while you only need a certain level of concurrency in the background to process large data volumes.
Finally, it is less flexible than other similar platforms in the market as there is a limit on the number of activities that you can do on the platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main benefits is that it focuses only on Java language as well as other languages that are compatible with Java runtime. The fact that is focuses exclusively on one language makes it an ideal choice for all applications that run on Java.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend CloudBees as it offers exceptional support to all Java applications and the customer care team is responsive and supportive.
