some issue about the VPN but they have tried very efficiently to solve it. Let's see if this new version will work but in the meantime thank you Alex Berman

Harmony Connect
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud Guard or Harmony Connect is SAAS Offering from CheckPoint. To protect Secure access using multiple Security Solutions from Checkpoint, which provide numerous Security solutions such as NGFW, Web Gateway, ZTNA, Email/Browser Protection, DLP, Threat Prevention, and DNS Security.
Single Agent is installed on Endpoint or User can connect via browser to access this services
Checkpoint has integration with CDN and SD-WAN, so traffic is being routed without adding latency
Access to services are provided via a secure tunnel
ZTNA controls network access and is also used for connecting Data Center and Cloud for the remote user. The policy is created based on application, and access is defined for each user or security group
Web-based access is control using a Cloud proxy solution provided by Checkpoint.
Broker Server is installed in Cloud and On-Prem for providing access to the remote user using ZTNA.
NGFW for allowing/blocking depending upon retirement.
Browser protection protect by scanning and cleaning any file downloaded on Endpoint

What do you dislike about the product?
Access to Datacenter and Cloud via ZTNA adds latency as all traffic is routed to Cloud Guard. Policy validation is done on the cloud, and accordingly, access is provided.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralize management for all Security Solution (We are performing POC to check additional benefits with the solution as its providing multiple services for protecting network traffic
Recommendations to others considering the product:
License are not cheap so need to decide what services are required for all user and then decision need to be taken accordingly if you want to use an individual feature or complete solution as there are a player who having a better product such as Proxy or ZTAN

What do you like best about the product?
The Support arround the product. From the very beginning, our account manager and the technical contact person looked after us very well.
Problems were quickly addressed and also quickly resolved. We had a lot of sessions with Perimeter, to discuss different themes and talking about feature reqests, this requests were all monitored and many of them are now in the development or already released. That's great!

What do you dislike about the product?
New Gateway locations could be deployed a bit faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're securing our employees during there work. We an international Team and so we have to make sure that all devices are secured and with the VPN Solution from Perimeter81 we can manage it. There is no more need for us, to have local VPN Gateway in all necessary countries.
Easy to use effective cloud VPN solution
What do you like best about the product?
Perimeter 81's support team has been accommodating in the setup process, making the initial setup of our cloud VPN very easy and seamless. They have continued to provide support for the few questions or issues that have come up over time.
The software itself was very user-friendly and provided our user base a straightforward install-to-use workflow. It has also maintained a very high update with little to no service issues that impacted us.
The administrator options also provide a highly effective way to limit user options which makes room for error much less, creating a better overall experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have occassionally encounter bugs related to SSO on the desktop app and connection issues. While this has always been resolved by contacting support in a timely manner it has caused some problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the recent pandemic starting, our on-prem hosted VPN solution became overwhelmed very quickly with all of our employees switching to remote work. Perimeter 81 provided a quick and easy solution to split the load between VPNs and provide our company with a reliable backup if needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an easy setup and use cloud VPN service, Perimeter 81 is a great choice.

I love that it connects quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you are logged in, sometimes it disconnects and has to be reconnected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy for teams to communicate and stay connected. A simple green light on the icon confirms it is up and running.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that there's a dedicated and well-functioning mobile app. I work remotely, and I need a reliable service like Perimeter 81! Both my desktop and mobile clients never gave me issues or troubles. I got everything set up in less than a minute. The app is also very light!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about the desktop/mobile app. It has always worked as intended!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I live in Italy and I'd unable to work remotely with the USA if it wasn't for Perimeter 81! This service is fundamental for me, I use it every day to connect with my remote colleagues.

It's a nice feature to work with, it gives a certain feeling of security as well, it's nice since we're using it by default in our company, and the application has a great customer service as well.

It gives a certain level of protection and also security, and in a company as ours where security is very important it's hard to imagine a professional day without Perimeter 81.

Simple and Effective Security solution for small or branch offices
What do you like best about the product?
Check Point CloudGuard Connect is very useful and effective solution to secure branch office, we have few remote location where around 50 users so we have secure them with CloudGuard Connect to protect them.

so far no such dislike for this product.

CheckPoint CloudGuard connect is a superb services / software for our branches to provide enterprise-level security, the cloudguard connect interface is easy to configure and manage it. also this cloudguard beauty features its 100 % safe and secure.

As we use so far, there is no such dislike or disadvantages on this.
