Smart integration of security and access

  • November 08, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how seamlessly it integrates security and connectivity into a single portal, centralized with other security applications. It also facilitates uninterrupted remote access, maintaining data protection without slowing down the system. The interface is intuitive, and the policies are flexible enough to adapt to different needs. It provides peace of mind knowing that users and data are secure, regardless of where they connect from.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area for improvement is that the initial setup can be a bit complex if you're unfamiliar with it or if it's your first time implementing it. Setting everything up correctly takes time, and the documentation could be more detailed in certain areas. Once up and running, it works well, but getting to that point might require additional assistance or training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us a lot in securing remote access without compromising performance or user positioning. It integrates multiple layers of security into a single platform, making administration easier and reducing the need for separate tools. For me, this means less time spent on configuration and greater peace of mind regarding the protection of users and data, regardless of their location.

Great threat prevention, needs polish

  • November 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Harmony SASE is its excellent combination of secure access with user identity verification.

The zero-trust model is a great help and tool, and it also gives us the assurance that every connection is verified.

This has helped reduce risks for our remote teams. The interface is simple and intuitive, which greatly simplifies policy management and tasks for IT staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about Harmony SASE is that the initial setup can be somewhat difficult. The documentation is detailed, but it's not always easy or intuitive. It took us a while to configure everything correctly, especially with the identity-based policies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us solve the problem of securing remote access without relying on traditional VPNs.

Before using it, we had latency issues and an inconsistent user experience across different sites. Now, users connect through a cloud gateway that offers greater speed and stability.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Check Point Harmony SASE for its quick and easy onboarding and deployment process. The combination of secure web gateway, SD-WAN, SaaS security, and private access solutions has significantly minimized our vendor sprawl, making management more efficient. I particularly like its scalability and global reach, which allows us to cater to an expansive and geographically diverse user base. Furthermore, the integration capability with other Check Point products was seamless, making the transition smooth and enhancing our existing security infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I experience occasional performance lags with Check Point Harmony SASE, which can be disruptive to my workflow. Additionally, while it works well as an out-of-the-box solution, I find customization to be difficult and expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Check Point Harmony SASE for malware protection, DNS filtering, and device posture checks. It's quick to onboard, minimizes vendor sprawl, and integrates easily with other Check Point products, offering scalability and global reach.

Comprehensive Security with strong features but complex setup

  • October 31, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about it is its undefined and cloud native approach to securing users, devices and applications from anywhere. It seamlessly combines networking and security, offering features like zero trust access, advanced threat protection in one platform. The centralized management and real-time visibility make it easy to maintain strong security without compromising performance or user experience.
Additionally, I appreciate how Harmony SASE simplifies policy enforcement across remote users and branch offices through a single console. Its strong integration with check Point's threat intelligence ensures proactive defense against evolving cyberattacks, while the scalability and flexibility make it ideal for modern hybrid and remote work environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback of Check Point Harmony SASE is that its initial setup and configuration can be complex, especially for organizations new to the Check Point ecosystem. Some users may find the interface slightly overwhelming due to the wide range of features. Additionally, occasional performance issues or latency may arise when connecting through certain regions and licensing can be a bit costly for smaller organizations.
Another challenge is that integrating Harmony SASE with existing third-party tools can sometimes require additional customization and support. The frequent updates, while beneficial for security, may occasionally disrupt ongoing configurations. Overall, while it's a powerful and comprehensive solution, it demands a certain level of expertise and resources to manage effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Check Point Harmony SASE is helping solve the challenges of securing remote and hybrid work environments by providing unified access control, threat prevention and data protection from the cloud. It eliminates the need for multiple standalone tools by combining secure web gateway, VPN and zero trust network access into one solution. This simplifies management, improves visibility and ensures consistent security risks and provides reliable, secure connectivity for our distributed workforce.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Check Point Harmony SASE is how it integrates security and connectivity; it's incredibly secure and easy to use. Even with a team working from different locations or networks and using a variety of devices, it keeps everything protected without slowing us down or complicating things. I really value its ease of administration and its ability to adapt to our needs for using both cloud and on-premises tools.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Check Point Harmony SASE solved the challenge of securing access for users who constantly change locations, including secure and unsecured networks, and work from different devices. It provides a secure way to protect connections to our Azure infrastructure and resources like SharePoint. It truly protects any type of connectivity and device very effectively. All-in-One Protection with Harmony SASE

  • October 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most important things we like most about the Check Point Harmony SASE solution is the ease of use and administration of a robust security solution. All this from centralized visibility, which provides us with a single portal where we can monitor connection traffic, apply control policies, and make decisions about potential threats to users. This saves time and provides an additional layer of security for the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one area that could be improved is the documentation support for implementations. The documentation is very technical, so when you use it for the first time, it's quite difficult to understand. It has few images and is not intuitive. Sometimes, even for advanced details, it's difficult to follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Within the companies where we implement and support, it has helped us with security. This firewall supports us with threat prevention and zero-trust access from a centralized environment.

Web filtering also provides significant security for our users inside and outside the company perimeter.

Unified Security Made Simple with Check Point CloudGuard Harmony Connect

  • October 14, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Check Point CloudGuard Harmony Connect easily integrates many security capabilities into a single cloud-native platform. This unified solution simplifies management, increases security, and improves the user experience in distributed systems, all while constantly evolving.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find this software difficult to use because of its intricacy and steep learning curve. The initial setup process is time-consuming and requires specialist knowledge to guarantee that all security policies are properly configured. Additionally, I've seen some limits in terms of customization and integration with third-party programs. There are also intermittent connectivity troubles, especially at the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Modern organizations face several key challenges. These include Zero Trust Remote Access Protection, complete threat prevention, simplified deployment and management, and improved user experience. We are actively addressing and improving in all of these areas.
