What we value most is having everything on a single platform, with clear policies and real-time protection without impacting performance. In practice, we've seen fewer incidents and increased productivity, confirming that the solution delivers on its promises.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial setup and policy configuration can be complex. Report generation could also be more intuitive, as some dashboards require several clicks to find the necessary information. Overall, the platform is powerful, but it takes time and experience to fully leverage its potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It unifies network security and access control on a single platform, eliminating the need for multiple tools to protect different environments. This has reduced complexity, improved visibility, and decreased the administrative burden.

Once up and running, it works well, but getting to that point might require additional assistance or training.

What I don't like about Harmony SASE is that the initial setup can be somewhat difficult. The documentation is detailed, but it's not always easy or intuitive. It took us a while to configure everything correctly, especially with the identity-based policies.

It's helping us solve the problem of securing remote access without relying on traditional VPNs.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Check Point Harmony SASE for its quick and easy onboarding and deployment process. The combination of secure web gateway, SD-WAN, SaaS security, and private access solutions has significantly minimized our vendor sprawl, making management more efficient. I particularly like its scalability and global reach, which allows us to cater to an expansive and geographically diverse user base. Furthermore, the integration capability with other Check Point products was seamless, making the transition smooth and enhancing our existing security infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I experience occasional performance lags with Check Point Harmony SASE, which can be disruptive to my workflow. Additionally, while it works well as an out-of-the-box solution, I find customization to be difficult and expensive.

I use Check Point Harmony SASE for malware protection, DNS filtering, and device posture checks. It's quick to onboard, minimizes vendor sprawl, and integrates easily with other Check Point products, offering scalability and global reach.

Check Point Harmony SASE solved the challenge of securing access for users who constantly change locations, including secure and unsecured networks, and work from different devices. It provides a secure way to protect connections to our Azure infrastructure and resources like SharePoint. It truly protects any type of connectivity and device very effectively. I highly recommend it.
