Secure Access, Simplified

  • October 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Harmony SASE is how it brings security and connectivity together in one place.
Whether our team is working from the office, home, or halfway across the world, we get consistent protection without sacrificing performance.
It’s seamless, reliable, and gives us peace of mind knowing our data stays secure no matter where we are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Harmony SASE covers a lot of ground, but managing all its features can feel a bit complex at times.
The interface isn’t always as intuitive as I’d like, especially when switching between policy settings or troubleshooting access issues.
Once you get the hang of it, it’s powerful but there’s definitely room to streamline the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Check Point Harmony SASE solves the challenge of securing remote access without compromising user experience. It gives our team secure connectivity to corporate resources from anywhere, while enforcing consistent security policies.
That means fewer vulnerabilities, smoother workflows, and a lot less stress for IT. It’s helping us stay agile and protected in a hybrid work world.

Poor customer support that doesn’t take issues seriously

  • September 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The product concept and interface are straightforward, and deployment through MDM tools is standard. The platform has potential if the execution and support improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support experience is consistently disappointing. Instead of engaging with the evidence and details provided, the support team asks irrelevant or redundant questions, ignores screenshots and metrics, and delays escalation to engineering. They follow scripted triage rather than addressing the real problem, which wastes valuable time and leaves issues unresolved. It feels like customer support is not aligned with IT teams’ needs for timely and effective resolution.
In addition, using their SWG functionality requires forcing all users to remain signed in, but the product doesn’t provide a way to enforce this automatically. Users have to do it manually. This creates extra friction for IT and adds to the administrative burden.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a centralized way to enforce security policies across endpoints and manage access through MDM. The idea of having a unified SASE platform is valuable in theory, as it simplifies deployment and should reduce the need for multiple point products.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Check Point Harmony SASE is praised for its fast performance, strong threat prevention, true Zero Trust access, and simple, unified management, all in one secure platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some users mention that the initial setup can be a bit complex in certain environments, and that logging and customization options could be more flexible. There are occasional concerns about resource usage on endpoints and a lack of support for ARM-based Macs. A few users have also noted that support response times and pricing may not suit all organizations equally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Check Point Harmony SASE helps us secure remote users and branch offices without relying on traditional VPNs. It solves the problem of managing multiple security solutions by combining them into one platform. This has made it easier to enforce policies, improve visibility, and keep users protected no matter where they connect from. It’s simplified our security setup and improved overall performance.

Easy Secure Access with Robust Integration

  • August 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I enjoy most about Check Point Harmony SASE is how it combines networking and security into a single, unified solution. The platform offers unified policy administration, making it simpler to ensure consistent security across remote workers, branch offices, and cloud applications. Its integration with Check Point ThreatCloud intelligence provides real-time protection against sophisticated threats. It features like as Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and Secure Web Gateway (SWG) enable secure access without sacrificing user experience. This convergence increases security while simultaneously lowering operational complexity and expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Check Point Harmony SASE is solid overall, there are certain areas for improvement. The initial setup and policy configuration may be challenging, particularly for enterprises new to SASE concepts. Some clients may find integration with third-party technologies and legacy systems difficult, necessitating additional work during implementation. Furthermore, reporting and analytics dashboards might be more user-friendly and customized, allowing security teams to get deeper insights. Pricing may also be higher than that of rivals, which could be a factor for mid-sized businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Check Point Harmony SASE assists us in overcoming the problems of safeguarding a dispersed workforce and a cloud-first environment. It streamlines safe remote employee access by replacing outdated VPNs with Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), ensuring users only have access to the resources they need. The built-in Secure Web Gateway and CASB features safeguard SaaS apps against phishing, malware, and data loss, dramatically reducing the risk of shadow IT and illegal app use. Simultaneously, the integrated SD-WAN and centralized policy administration reduce operational complexity and expenses by combining various point solutions into a single platform. Overall, it improves security posture, user experience, and allows for more scalable cloud usage.

Tedious deployement and many hours needed for the project/migration to it.

The comprehensive nature and security heritage of Check Point Harmony SASE

  • July 31, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Its a feature rich solution. I can specifically site ZTNA and its SD-WAN integration. This ensures proper load balancing based off of application traffic and uses only access applications that they need reducing internal network security threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial configuration is quite complex especially for a brown field deployment, so it requires learning in order to get used to the checkpoint eco system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It accomodates the growing hybrid work force for many of our customers
