Pathetic support - the worst I've ever come across...
What do you like best about the product?
Still trying to figure this one out as there are many out there who can do the same for less.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an MSP we require speedy assistance to ensure our customers stay ahead of issues. 4 months ago I tasked my partner team to reach out to P81 support and have our account downgraded to the basic tier we've been met with nothin short of a PATHETIC support.
Eventually I took over the situation thinking maybe my team might have been approaching things incorrectly, but to my utter amazement we really seem to be dealing with a platform which has a "I just don't care" attitude.
I have sent over 15 emails (excluding all the correspondnece others in my organisatin had sent), I have been escalated ti the highest key idividuals and yet even they don't respond.
Is this even a real company?
4 months on and we're no close to having this super easy task resolved - I can't believe it. Forget the time we've wasted on this issue, but also on top of this it's the unnessary overbilling for a product which we do not require - so far totalling $200 and counting.

Whatever problems they say they are resolving is being done by others - P81 just don't know how to support their own customer base correctly

What do you like best about the product?
it's a god software with ease of use, customer support is good, it has a good number of features, integration is easy with other tools, ease of implementation is also not that hard task, i m using it at a frequency of weekly.
What do you dislike about the product?
integration is easy but configuration part is a lil bit hard for some persons who are new to it.

it's a good solution for secure access to servers, it has a alots of features that are helpful,
Pleased with Perimeter 81
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how user friendly it is. The user window is also aesthetically pleasing. Customer support is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes or issues with perimeter 81 at this time.

This is the new VPN our corporate IT implemented to use on our laptops outside of the office. Seems to work much better and more user friendly than the previous software.
best advance threat protection tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
it has some best seamless integration features, user friendly interface is also there and you can easily integrate with any third party tool and yes it is reliable for long term, it prioritizes privacy and security. customer support is also good, ease of imolemantation just because of the seamless integration feature, we use it at a frequency of twice a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
limited third party integration, subscription cost is not that good, implemantation is not for newbies, you should have a good knowledge of integration.

it has some great advance threat protection features and robust interface for operations

various feature and configuration are there, it has some advance threat protection features, customer suppport is excellent, ease of use for those who have technical knowledge, we us it at a frequency of biweekly, integration is easy, implemantation you can do in a short time.

it has a little bit of complexity in their platform, no one without experiance can use it, you need to learn and remember things.

it offers a great intelligent advanced threat protection, incident response are easy to handle and you can integrate this with other SOC Tools.

Its somewhat difficult to use but once we got the hang of using the Policy management utility it became effortless to establish our customer standards.

It is a bit inconvenient having to determine which features are essential for all users because of the licenses.

Harmony Connect’s cloud service guarantees data protection and network security. We no longer rely on, on-premises solutions resulting in reduced costs and complexity. The implementation takes an amount of time and resources.

It is a simple to use vpn with a friendly user interface. I've used 1 month so far and it is a must use for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Althought my issues with this VPN are none so far, i've heard it has a higher price than other vpn's in the market.

In my own case, this VPN allows me to connect in a secure maner as a member of a company that is based on other city and assure my costumers that I am part of my company.
Invaluable in identifying and resolving security issues
What do you like best about the product?
The pricing is a bit high for businesses but it provides a security solution. The ARMO team has been responsive and supportive. No dislikes have been encountered.

There are features that are missing from the software which further increases its performance in security concerns.

ARMO is helping us detect vulnerabilities. It enables us to solve risks. It is providing reassurance to our business. The ranging capabilities of ARMO have proven valuable for us.
