Easy to implement, worth every penny
What do you like best about the product?
I was surprised by how easy Yieldify campaigns were to implement. It has been a great converter for our online store and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to boost their engagement and sales with personalised content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Campaigns usually require a lot of design work to make integration appear seamless/ on brand. It is worth investing in the extra time, even though it means campaigns don't go live immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking to improve our bounce and exit rate with last minute campaigns to re-engage audiences as they lose interest. It is been good to AB test different campaign artwork with this.
Smart, insightful and gets results
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent account management, full of insights and recommendations for optimisations and tests allowing us to continuously learn about our customers and improve our products. The speedy implementation of tests that Yieldify provides allows us to utilise the platform to support our digital campaigns and improve conversion, as well as make improvements to our website, ultimately ensuring our customer experience is the best it can be
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not a lot I dislike, but there might be ways to simplify the UI to allow for easier implementation of the more complex tests which currently require code – or build more of these out as templates. That said, service and implementation has always been speedy so this has never been a real problem!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On-site A/B tests, personalisation, email capture, site takeovers to promote campaigns and special offers - Yieldify allows us to quickly make changes and enhancements to our website, and communicate key messaging at the right time; as well as improve our understanding of our customers behaviours and needs.
Excellent service, and generated great ROI
What do you like best about the product?
Alex our account manager generates profitable campaign ideas and implements them. We don't have to do any heavy lifting, and we get fast results

Nothing really, the service is excellent
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing revenue on our ecommerce store without having a large graphics, ux and testing team in house
I really love working with Yieldify
What do you like best about the product?
I have worked with Yieldify over the past two years through both L'oréal and adidas. I really appreciate their knowledge and understanding of both our brand tone of voice as well as having a deep understanding of our consumer. Yieldify proactively provide suggestions for always on optimizations and are always willing to test out different approaches with us. Nothing is too hard and everything is implemented quickly and with a high degree of quality. I highly recommend Yieldify.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. My experience in working with Yieldify has been wonderful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past Yieldify have helped with projects on alerting customers of different campaigns, helping to drive acquisition and member signup, as well as helping to drive conversion rate and up sell. Their pop ups are seamless and in no way clunky, or annoying, for the customer.

What do you like best about the product?
Yieldify helps us focus on our money-making promotion by providing on-page personalization campaigns & A/B testing new features and promotions. Working with Yieldify has been a pleasure. The team there is very prompt and supportive and understand the nature of our fast-fashion requirements. They are open to suggestions and provide healthy feedback wherever required. I would highly recomment this team and the company to a colleage or friend.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of today, I cant think of anything we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Yieldify, we're able to get customers focus on our best new & best promotions by providing on-page campaigns on desktop & mobile. We've seen sales increment through these personalized campaigns.
Optimisation Station!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to create bespoke multi-step campaigns for our specific activations and business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike, honestly. I think all assets are customized enough to meet our distinct brand aesthetic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used Yieldify to supercharge our seasonal sales and help uplift product categories that are underperforming.

I absolutely love working with the Yieldify team - not only are they highly professional and responsive they are also highly experienced and have the know how to really drive e-commerce conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many great things about Yieldify. It is the best platform I have seen for A/B testing. I'll also touch on a few of my other favorite things here:
First, our managed services team is excellent - always thinking strategically and outside of the box to help us achieve our organizational goals. They listen to the goal we are trying to accomplish or the problem we are trying to solve and come back with campaign ideas to do just that. Second, I love how user-friendly the platform is for self-service initiatives. Outside of our managed service campaigns, we leverage the platform to create many campaigns on our own when we don't require their expertise. Lastly, I am very impressed with their product development. The Yieldify platform is consistently being optimized, and new features are constantly being added. This is great because it keeps the ideas flowing and increases the campaign capabilities on a regular basis. We've created campaigns via Yieldify that I didn't even know were possible due to their technology.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I will say I dislike is that from time to time the way a campaign renders in the editor is slightly different than it shows live on our sites. It's not something that happens very often, and it is usually related to the way text wraps and is generally pretty easy to fix. A great feature that helps ensure this is not a significant issue is the ability to preview campaigns within your production environment before making them live for visitors to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased conversion rates, more marketing sign-ups, lower abandonment rates, increased AOV, longer user sessions, increased visibility of marketing initiatives, less reliance on our IT team, allowing them to focus on their large scale initiatives, and more!
Powerful and flexible ecommerce tool
What do you like best about the product?
Powerful and flexible ecommerce tool with a huge armoury of UX and campaign tools to help get more engagement from your website, with tech which is easy to implement and manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some occasionally clunky design tools, but most of what we want to do can be achieved all the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conversion rates, drop-offs, users missing offers or key benefits - these problems can all be solved with Yieldify.
