Reliable, Effective & Good quality of service and Responsive!
What do you like best about the product?
We have worked with Yieldify since Q2 2019 in most APAC markets and it definitely helped to improve the online customer experience on our websites and played a part in increasing the site conversion rate.
The team is very responsive, knowledgeable and super helpful.
What we also love is the team never short of campaigns recommendations especially their best practices sharing/benchmark from other clients which we could potentially leverage and maximize the opportunities on our websites. On top of that, we're happy that the team is able to provide creative design & recommendations as well - this helped the market alot when they do not have local resources to support on creative design.
Also, they have quick turnaround time from receiving brief to launch and always tried their best to successfully launch campaigns on-time almost every time.

What do you dislike about the product?
The team will always make a point in proposing workaround solutions and managed to launch most of the campaigns. If were to say, we are looking forward to the launch of WEB PUSH campaign due to different site development any any future technical integrations improvements.
Nonetheless, the team has provided great support to all markets in all aspects!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped to enhance customer shopping journey with personalized experiences and guided customers to complete the order thanks to the campaigns without interrupting their shopping journey.

What do you like best about the product?
Yieldify allowed us to communicate to users a multitude or different ways to help shape their journey to achieve our business goals. There are a lot of different applications for this tool and we have utilised them to solve both sales and operational issues that other systems can't.
In terms of the service, our direct contacts have been fantastic from ideation of campaigns to day to day comms. Can't fault them.
We have had great ROI every year we have used Yieldlify and many more to come.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would mention here is some complex campaigns can take some time to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apart from its main purpose, which for us is to shape users journeys towards a conversion, we have used Yieldify to patch whole is our other systems. For example, we have used Yieldify to move/add content outside of our CMS capabilities in the short term while they're developed. Also, with our response to Covid, we have had to throw up operational messages at short notice.

Yieldify offers so many templates to help with our name collection goals. With Yieldify we tested and implemented a number of different formats – from regular overlays to complex in-page banners and notifications – to engage customers at different points in their journey. This approach yielded amazing results in new customer acquisition but also retention

What do you like best about the product?
Our account manager, Emily Rucker, is always eager to suggest personalised experiences for our customers. She is personable and a team player in all of our meetings. Her enthusiasm makes her a joy to work with. She ensures we are getting the most out of our contract with Yieldify.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike. Outside of wishing we could have more campaigns for our budget, I can't think of anything to dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yieldify is assisting in our conversion rate by keeping customers on our site for longer. Specifically by utilising an Afterpay campaign on intent to exit our website, Yieldify are enticing customers to come back and checkout.
A really useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
We have an excellent account manager who uses our data and industry data to suggest new and improve existing campaigns. Yieldify are always available and quick to respond to new requests or urgent changes. They know our business and systems well, and help us find workarounds to run campaigns that might not seem possible at first.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need to be careful that multiple campaigns don't clash with one another. It would be good if the Yieldify platform helped us spot these situations before they occur.

Flexible Tool With Great Service
What do you like best about the product?
Yieldify has allowed us to create dynamic onsite messaging campaigns with ease. From a quick integration to their wonderful team that is able to design, schedule, and deploy our campaigns , the entire process of working with Yieldify has been a pleasure.
More than just onsite popups - I love their flexibility in allowing us to inject messaging seamlessly across the site to provide a better customer experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve in terms of building and setting up campaigns, but the team is extremely helpful in creating them. The placement for embedded campaigns onsite relies heavily on the Yieldify technical team to be able to find the correct element to target which can take some time, but ultimately we have been able to accomplish almost everything we need!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to provide fairly advanced customized shopping cart experiences that help improve the customer journey and encourage higher spend onsite, driving up our AOV.
A quick and reliable method to place most types of content to the website
What do you like best about the product?
The speed from briefing a campaign into Yieldify to actually going live, when needed, can be as short as a matter of days. For the business at times this can make a huge difference and is why in the past we've relied on Yieldify for some important campaigns. The includes going through various iterations of designs for the campaign through to robust QA steps to ensure what we are going live with is correct on launch.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main dislike is the limitations to where content can be placed and also related to that changes which can be made to existing components on the site. However I completely understand the trade-off between this functionality and the fact that Yieldify can go from brief to live.

With Yieldify we are able to place content on the website at speed with behavioural triggers really starts to personalise the journey for the customer. We are able to do this at speed and with confidence. Over time we have also built integrations with the site which allow Yieldify as a tool more embedded to the site.

What do you like best about the product?
Having worked with Yieldify now for, I think, 5+ years at two different brands, I have come to value their technology and insight very highly. The Yieldify solution is very effective and their team are never short of creative, cutting edge strategy to help us achieve our goals.
We've seen record growth in our membership database, reduced abandonment, improvements in promo engagement and, most importantly, increases in conversion rates and revenue.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about Yieldify. If I were to make one change though, I'd increase the number of campaigns I can concurrently run on our current contract level. Perhaps I'm just being greedy...
But depending on your budget you may find that you are not able to action all of the world-class recommendations they can provide.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without a reliable abandoned cart solution, Yieldify were able to bridge the gap while we set one up with our CRM. This was done using Yieldify's cart abandonment emails, which are slightly less sophisticated than a traditional approach but still very effective. Additionally, their exit intent overlays have always performed well.
Minimizing friction for customers
What do you like best about the product?
Yieldify service has been key to the sucesses we've seen. The return on investment has bee 45x for many campaigns. It 's fairly easy and quick to set up campaigns, there is the ability to tailor the audience and experience for AB testing or messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had a less manual and more visual way to get the reporting especially for click KPIs.

As we try to get more creative with our promotions, Yieldify helps with messaging and linking that gives the customer clarity at the right point in their journey. Yieldify also helps us with conversion through various messaging and strategies (I love the exit intent campaigns) and refining our messaging through AB testing.
