Ultra fast and responsive company

What do you like best about the product?
They turn around campaigns super quickly and are flexible to our needs. I like the proactive approach to investigating the data and trying to identify future campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see greater integration with the main website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding messaging (conversion led or information) in to our booking engine with very short lead times, allows us to be very agile in these challenging times for travel companies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Outstanding solution for delivery banner and overlays. Making good progress at in page campaigns as well.

What do you like best about the product?
We have a very good support team at Yieldify who are able to provide good industry best practice and recommendations, and who pro-actively look at our data to present opportunities for us to explore and test. Using the platform has enabled us to work faster than we could if only using internal teams to achieve some of these campaigns, and Yieldify have enabled us to tackle complicated business challenges with relative ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the designed campaign solutions that aren't led by our own Creative Team don't particularly fit well within our Brand on occasion, or don't always come across as well as they could on some devices. But otherwise we get a very good service and there are no complaints. Arguably it's hard to keep up with how many opportunities their can be available to you quite quickly when using a platform like this - a nice problem to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better understanding of customers' needs on our website and reasons for exiting. Also improving opportunities to present more relevant messaging throughout each customer's journey.

What do you like best about the product?
Here at The Healthy Chef, we pride ourselves on providing a great customer experience. Yieldify has enabled us to replicate in-store seamless clienteling for our online customers. The flow-on effect has been significant.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing we dislike. Looking forward to new functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A number of our website’s users begin their Healthy Chef journey on blog pages, yet not all of those users were progressing further down the purchase funnel. There was therefore an opportunity to strengthen the conversion rate between the website’s educational content and the purchase of related products from the shop. Yileidify helped us covert this channel to paying customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The team that has been assigned to our account is absolutely amazing! They balance hard work, provide flexibility and still manage to have a little fun. We have a very complicated funnel and the entire Yieldify team including product, design, and engineering have worked with us on different campaigns to help us increase conversion. Stellar team!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say time zones can be challenging but we seem to sort it out - again very flexible team especially Mike and Nick!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly increase overall conversion rate. Also, looking at missed opportunities to convert leads that we did not realize by using different campaign methods - notifications, modals, etc. Nice to have another option to test ideas quickly!

What do you like best about the product?
Yieldify was helped us to quickly implement smart, effective optimisation solutions, particularly in areas where capability was not possible with our existing web platform. The team in Sydney have been fantastic, dedicated and focused on our business needs to help create campaigns, convert online customers into sales via cross-sell and up-sell strategies. Having the ability to turn campaigns on/off via the Yieldify dashboard also provides us with the flexibily our team needs when re-active measures are required.
What do you dislike about the product?
The creative/implementation team are based in the UK, so working in a different timezone across holiday periods adds to lead times. This can be counteracted with planning ahead of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have partnered with Yieldify to improve cross-selling, up-selling and conversion rate optimisation strategies. Tag management has meant that we are able to quickly deploy and test campaign effectiveness, and reiterate if needed from insights lead behavioural data. Opportunity exists across the entire customer journey online and having a tag based platform to overlay messaging and campaigns across almost all stages has also enabled us understand our customer's needs and purchasing behaviour.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Determine your business goals and identify gaps before enabling campaigns. We have also found that customer feedback (via separate platform) has helped us balance and refine the campaigns we run with Yieldify.

What do you like best about the product?
The proactiveness and approachable attitude of the account manager makes me feel comfortable working with them. The account manager has been almost always available when in times of need (urgent request) and been very supportive and encouraging in many aspects. The account manager knows exactly what we are looking for and what we feel they are lacking in. With that, they look for workarounds to satisfy to our demands and work up to our speed to provide us for what we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside I see about Yieldify is that the design team is located in another zone which has different time zone from us. This drops an impact in terms of speed of building/amendments of campaigns. But the team is doing very well in managing our expectations, knowing that timeline is a very important aspect to my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yieldify is helping us to engage customers and making them convert/purchase on our website. Ever since we have engaged Yieldify, we have seen a growth in our conversion rate and an uplift in our sales as well. Yieldify has taught myself and my team on what are the other methods to engage consumers, and what the different designs that we see onsite represents. Yieldify shown us a lot more to what a consumer would just see from the website itself by showing us insights, displaying the statistics and showing us examples of what other brands are doing, for us to pick the right and suitable layout for our website to then best hit our targets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The people I've been working with in Yieldify have been giving me nothing but a very good exposure and experience. The approachable and positive attitude that they display makes us trust them in the work that they do and bring the best out of it. I would say that the quality of service and confidence that they gave me is a winner amongst their competitor. I may not have worked with many of their competitors, but I would think that Yieldify have been up to my standards at least.

What do you like best about the product?
Apart from the variety of developments available, what I appreciate about the team at Yieldify is their ability to thoroughly understand the needs of their clients and tailor the strategy accordingly and address any problem statements.
Additonally, prompt service standards are crucial and what helps set them apart especially in an fast paced and constantly evolving environment.
Product designs also provide a good level of customisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would not say it is a dislike but rather an area for improvement, comparing to other competitors I feel that Yieldify has more room to increase the innovations and products that they currently offer.
However, I believe this is an aspect that is constantly under works and already making progress
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Current working with Yieldify to enhance conversion rate optimisations across multiple platforms and drive demand.
Benefits my team has realized is an increase CR, better engagement onsite, incremental revenue and greater awareness of digital campaigns

Apart from focusing on the variety of products, i think Yieldify as a service provider can effectively tailor their strategies and suggestions to what your organization needs instead of rushing to use every new product.

What do you like best about the product?
Yieldify has helped StickerYou dramatically scale our email and SMS acquisition efforts through their various custom capture experiences, leading to substantially increased revenue from new and existing customers alike. Additionally, Yieldify has helped us rapidly deploy new user tests and experiences, that have yielded increases to both conversion and AOV.

Everyone I have worked with at Yieldify has been an absolute super-star, tremendously helpful, and an all-around pleasure to work with. They are responsive, knowledgable, and full of great consultative ideas and strategies to help grow your business.

They have routinely gone above and beyond for me, executing work that is out of their usual scope for the betterment of our relationship and the results they deliver. A case in point is their recent partnership with Klaviyo, where Yieldify allocated their in-house IT resources to us, in order to improve the implementation of our Klaviyo event implementation, which had improved our email segmentation, and overall performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working with Yieldfify has been fantastic at every level. I would love to see Yieldify invest further R&D into user identification technology so that the software can determine who the user is on an individualized level without having to depend on having the pixel alone.

I highly recommend working with Yieldify. Their level of value, service, product, and results, is unprecedented in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Decreasing dependence on paid platforms for traffic/sales, by dramatically increasing the volume of email addresses collected, and new customers acquired.

If you are looking for a solution to rapidly scale email collection, AB test new site experiences, drive new user acquisition, and increase revenue from existing customers at an incredible value, Yieldify is your answer.

What do you like best about the product?
Yieldify have delivered campaigns with strong results. They build, QA and get campaigns live quickly allowing us to move without hold-ups and respond to any challenges in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing of note. The personalisation capabilities are slightly limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving Conversion rate on site, reducing journey abonnement, delivering key customer messaging, improving UX.

What do you like best about the product?
Kicking off with the Yieldify team was seamless, the time between concept and delivery is very fast so we are able to trial ideas and adapt quickly. Everything is data driven so decision making from the outcomes is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far haven't disliked any parts, they are working on their impression revenue attribution which is a great as sometimes we have to deep dive to find specific click attributed revenue
