What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility to complete either A|B testing or to provide relevant UX to customers quickly when you don't have the time & resource to develop through Scrum or IT
Ever evolving set of use cases that Yieldify can provide/recommend as well as them taking on client suggestions

What do you dislike about the product?
It does what it says. It is relatively manual and not self service - which it never claims to be - so there isn't anything to dislike if you are looking for flexibility and success management

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to implement conversion-rate based campaigns to improve sales and capture lower funnel sales. There is also a wide range of campaign and format options for varying eCom and website needs based on user journeys and triggers, all culminating in an uplift in conversion rate and/or sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Turn around time for creative builds as team is based overseas; however, this is clearly outlined by the team to best help avoid timeframe issues on campaign launch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Closing exit rates, nurturing middle and lower funnels users and increasing on-site conversion rates through creatively-branded campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Identify key areas on drop-off on site, whether this be the checkout journey/cart, time on site, triggers and CTAs, etc and discuss these problem areas with Yieldify - They can run through the most suited campaign options and activations to help solve the issue.
Also ensure you have key objectives defined to help narrow campaign types as well re: sales, new vs return users, conversion rates, database growth, etc.

Excellent service provider supporting wide ranges of on-site marketing activities
What do you like best about the product?
You could easily try wide ranges of on-site marketing activities such as showing pop-up banners or social proof comments in the website without any developer's help in your team. Working with Yieldify is easy, fast, and efficient way to do this.
Yieldify provided insightful analysis and suggested meaningful on-site marketing activities. Also it helped us to boost the overall user journey and experience on our brand website that we've seen huge growth in conversion rate and reduced bounce rates after executions. I am happy to work with the Yielidfy team as they are very smart and agile!

What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I am very satisfied with its service. It would be helpful if we could have the standard dashboard so that we could see its performance more regularly from our-side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to increase the # of subscribers of our brand's out-side channel, and Yieldify helped us to achieve our target subscriber numbers with strategic suggestions using the on-site banner: +60,000 subscribers increase in 6 month!

The service is second to none. The whole team at Yieldify are so helpful and friendly, I consider Emily to be part of our team. She is always bring us new ideas and fresh takes, I'm so happy we work with Yieldify!

Sometimes integration with certain systems is a little difficult.

We have been focused on growing our email database and increasing the conversion rate of new sign ups to place online orders.
The ability to increase average sale via a simple add-on pop up has been of particular note and the use of A/B testing has been invaluable in deciphering what messages are key to communicate on the purchase journey.

This is a great workaround our website's structure rigidity. Great way to make things pop out on the website, engage visitors

In the last couple of years, we’ve noticed a tremendous shift in how people search, discover, and purchase our products. Our growing base of mobile-first clientele made it crucial to find a partner that understands and caters to different buying behaviours.

What do you like best about the product?
Yieldify is a platform that allows us as a business to create strategies to engage with our customers. It is good to see how we can create a better customer journey on our website and increase conversion when needed or simply for an awareness point of view. The team is very good (thank you Lisa) and they always bring something extra to the table to help grow our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing to add here is the fact that you can't change the campaign on the credit you're using therefore if it isn't working you have to spend another credit and that one will never be used again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing customers to stay on the website with a few Exit strategies implemented. More engagement on our Educational content which then turns into conversion. The main benefits are that you get to create a good customer journey and ultimately convert.

What do you like best about the product?
Our partnership with Yieldify has delivered some really exceptional results online. It is really helpful to be able to deliver data to the leadership that clearly demonstrates the return on the investment of the product. Our Client Services Manager, Lisa, is friendly & approachable & always so helpful with suggesting new strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have more clear reporting showing the average CVR with & without a campaign, & to have improved CVR reporting for specific time periods (again, would be great to show without Yieldify is X% conversion & with Yieldify is X% conversion)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yieldify is helping to educate customers on our USPs to encourage a path to conversion, shaping traffic to relevant areas of the site & helping to present relevant product to customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Other than the amazing revenue Yieldify has been able to drive, the support team is second to none. They literally feel as though they are a part of our in house team. We're able to get quick launches of campaigns, most changes done in hours and brilliant support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that it's so easy to do new campaigns, sometimes you have to really pull back and thing what's going to be less confusing for the customer. We always have so many ideas, so adding them in a scalable manner can be overwhelming especially because we're not feeling any bit of extra pressure on our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest things that we do are shaping the traffic to avoid exit and also providing a better experience by being able to scrape a lot of information that's sitting farther down the page so that nothing gets lost below the fold- which often happens to AOV driving opportunities. We realised we can provide a better customer experience, increase conversion and lead gen.
