Highly Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Yieldify has been extremely helpful in delivering campaigns for our website in a highly efficient way. They also provide excellent tracking and analytics on all campaigns and help optimise campaigns for the best results.
What do you dislike about the product?
At present, there is nothing that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yieldify is addressing test and learn challenges we have for product pages and helping us address these issues by allowing us to A/B test different variations of PDP optimisations.

What do you like best about the product?
We work very closely with the Yieldify team in order to drive up our site conversion rate. The team is very responsive, flexible, and helpful in working on new initiatives! We run new banners for all sale weekends and work on new modules on a monthly basis! Mike and Hannah are the absolute best!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only restraint we have are some of the capabilities the team does not have to make to site. There have been times when we see competitors with new features, but I will say the Yieldify team always gracisouly takes the feedback and brings to their development team as a client requet! So I know they are working hard to always and constantly improve their offerings!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a very small but mighty front end DEV team, so Yieldify helps us to test out all new modules to confidence. Once we know they are improving CVR our front end team starts to build out the successful campaigns!

It is helping us connect with customers in a new an efficient way.
Team work
What do you like best about the product?
Working with Tom has been great the last year or so, as he's fully aware of how little time we have internally to think of new campaign ideas so he comes to every meeting with new ideas for us to move forwards. This is really helpful from time perspective and that he's bringing the Yieldify knowledge to help us move the campaigns in the right direction. I think we work well together in adjusting the campaigns to ensure they're on brand and deliver the objective we want for the business. We've also been able to use Yieldify during Covid for messaging we were unable to do with our tech team and our own website which was super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's sometimes hard to share internally what Yieldify is doing for us from a revenue perspective, but that may be more of an internal issue. Also know pop-ups can be seen as a bit of a nuisance for some customers, but think most of our customers have got used to them now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yieldify has been really helpful not just in showing the right campaign at the right time but also helpful us develop the website without having to get our tech team involved which has meant we get instant solutions. Whether that's showing particular messaging or shaping the page slightly differently, or allowing us to have a message pop-up to go to another area of our site or third party.
Insightful, fun and working with experts in their field
What do you like best about the product?
Alex and the Yieldify team know their product well and therefore can offer strategic solutions for any customer journey objective. Yieldify product is very flexible in what it can achieve, from embedding to pop-up and custom triggers it fulfills a gap in our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a third-party pop-up solution, we have to perform some extra mapping requirements for data to flow through to our Email platform. In saying that, it is fairly quick and the team is great to work with. We prefer Yieldify over the same solution that our Email platform provides as it's a superior product with more flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yieldify works with different people in our team to help achieve goals in their area. In my area, they are assisting with lean gen initiatives and working on solutions around the diminish of cookies so that we can continue to understand new vs returning customers and onsite behaviors.

What do you like best about the product?
Loads of customisable pop ups and overlays that increase conversion for my brands. The team is extremely helpful and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few times that the dashboard hasn't worked
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yieldify helps increase conversion rate and reduce bounce rate and abandoned carts. The stats in the dashboard are very useful to compare each campaign.

Chat to the team and see the amazing things they can do for your site.

What do you like best about the product?
Always very supportive! Also when I want to launch a campaign, give me detailed guidance so that I could utilize the campaign fully with high transaction and analyse customer activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
No. There's nothing to dislike. But would be great if there's more option I could utilize more. Some of functions that yieldify offers are already can be used at our demandware.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not only present customers regarding our product video, but also remind about campaign to customers at mutiple spot, see the revenue or return/CTR from ad campaign, it shows me data with simple set-up.

What do you like best about the product?
Our campaign analyst, Cameron, has been fantastic to work with - he is proactive with his ideas (which is extremely helpful when my own job is demanding!) and the campaigns we've tried and tested together have yielded positive results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything negative! Even when a campaign doesn't perform as well as expected, there's always a solution around the corner, or another idea to be tested.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yieldify has been instrumental in lead capture for our e-newsletter (we've seen fantastic uplift with this), as well as effective abandonment campaigns. Careful implementation has meant that we can have multiple campaigns running at once, each targeting different areas, without them feeling intrusive or overwhelming for users, which is important to us for user experience!

The ability to circumvent strict global rules with our website and add in additional content extremely easily

Nothing - Yieldify was extremely helpful with zero downside

Ability to circumvent global requirements. As we are a very global-focused business, we must adhere to guidelines when it comes to things like homepage content. Yieldify allows us to get around this and put content onsite we generally wouldn't be able to
