Good website overlay tools for different marketing purposes
What do you like best about the product?
Yieldify has many website solutions to complement our current website. From traffic shaping campaigns to cart abandonment emails, Yieldify is a good tool to support our various campaigns. Our account manager Min is also very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limitations from a technical perspective. For example, traffic shaping campaign has a fixed layout which limits the number of products to be displayed. Some campaigns also have fixed templates.
Also, many campaigns cannot reach the confidence level for us to evaluate the effectiveness of the campaigns.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data capture campaign is very effective in getting new sign-ups for our website. The progress bar payment campaign also helps driving more conversions and higher AOV after optimization. A couple of other campaigns such as the Xmas campaign and survey data capture campaign achieved our goals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
it's best to understand the goals first before reaching out to Yieldify to select the right products. Also, it's recommended to set up KPIs before each campaign.
Very good cooperation in a spirit of partnership.

Support is not provided locally everywhere.

Fantastic results with Cameron at Yieldify
What do you like best about the product?
Been working just shy of 2 years with Cameron at Yieldify, and he has been working above and beyond to ensure we are consistently testing new methods to drive our membership and improve engagement with key areas of our website and members area. We've seen in a short period of time how the Yieldify platform has helped us to really understand how we can test methodologies that we are not sure about with different web users, and then progress with the most successful one. Cameron challenges us always to try new, and creative methods to showcase our offering and does a really good job of ensuring we are using our credits efficiently and highlighting us updated with the software and how it can help us. He is very clued up on what the technology can do, so we are always aware of what is possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much really. It would be good to get a highlight of how we can closely align what we see in the backend report to our actual sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we have a long SLA time with changes we can make to some areas of our site, Yieldify allows us to have a shorter window to test some of our methodologies in a more efficient way, with different audiences, and then push forward the most successful tests. It has worked tremendously for us, as we don't have to wait to work on development from our side.
Yieldify has assisted greatly with improving our website conversion rate.
What do you like best about the product?
The team does an excellent job at being proactive and coming to us with different ideas. As we are a small team we don't have the time, or the expertise to brainstorm CRO for our website. Having the team come to us with solutions is what makes Yieldify the most valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything negative I have to say. The only thing I could nitpick is that not everything we implement looks perfectly seamless with the website, but this is all part of testing new things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yieldify is mostly solving our issue with time and resourcing. A lot of what we implement we technically could do through our web developers, but Yieldify brings the knowledge and resourcing that we don't have available. The cost of launching a Yieldify campaign is also cheaper than what we would spend on development.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would strongly suggest any marketing manager use Yieldify to increase the results of their website. For any medium to large retailer, using Yieldify will pay for itself many times over.

What do you like best about the product?
Yieldify has helped us boost revenue across our e-commerce site with a number of CRO type widgets and campaigns. They also help us with banners and lead capture.
What do you dislike about the product?
You are limited by the number of campaigns you can run but this has not been an issue for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yieldify is helping us boost incremental revenue with numerous campaigns as well as boost lead capture

Ease of use, response time and helpfulness of support/account team

Some small bugs, features that are only available to support, limitations on certain features though feature requests taken seriously.

Enabling considerable merchandising, signposting and lead capture opportunities on a website that is severely limited in functionality.
Yieldify is great for agile and innovative testing. It gives us certainty when making major changes.
What do you like best about the product?
Yieldify allows us to test what works and what doesn't. By being able to pivot during large but short promotions they provide a unique but essential quality; agility. Yieldify allows us to maintain our agility and testing to continue growing during in an exceptionally fast-paced environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quality of employees is exceptional, but they can only do their best with how many hours they have in the week. They have huge workloads which can hinder their speed and quality of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yieldify is solving the issue of a large website becoming slow and not progressive. Without yieldify our website wouldn't be as quick and agile leading to below average performances.

What do you like best about the product?
Data-driven approach and creative solutions. We've consistently seen improvement from a UX/Conversion Rate standpoint throughout our engagement and the team is quick to pivot if something isn't working.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's been a small amount of turnover on our account but nothing out of the norm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optimizing customer experience toward driving optimal conversion rate. As traffic has increased over the past year on the site, we've seen conv. rate remain steady.
Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is a good extra option for webshops to communicate offers or direct consumers' attention to relevant options, thus improving the performance and sales results, and we can test different scenarios. Briefing and evaluation is very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't discovered anything yet, so far I am satisfied with the options it provides.

It provides extra options, it is very easy to use, and it helps us to deliver better results with minimum effort from our end.
It's an easy to use tool, that can really support the sales results for a company.

That you can segment customers on a very deep level, when to trigger each pop up and solution.
