Great, competent and friendly service provider.
What do you like best about the product?
Great insights into website usage. Always thinking with you to optimize and improve the website experience for your customers. Getting good results through improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really anything negative to say. Only thing I can think of is that some campaigns work with/as Pop-Ups which can be experienced as a nuisance but most users are fully used to that. And if you do not want that there are always other options Yieldify can offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing Yieldify does for me is traffic shaping, so getting my website users to the places I want them to be so I get more conversions, decreased bounce rates and longer/better sessions. But also getting my customers to a survey I want them to fill out or just an info overlay where we capture leads are possibilities I find really helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Even though I was a bit skeptical in the beginning I am very happy with the possibilities I have with Yieldify. I have very friendly and competent Service Managers which I appreciate very much.
Amazing support and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Yieldify offers a solid set of tools which we use frequently to test and iterate on various site elements, in order to optimize KPIs which are relevant to our business. With that said, the best part of working with Yieldify has been how amazing their support is -- they have been extremely dependable, helpful, and flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
More extensive campaign metrics / reports directly in the dashboard would be helpful -- however, they've indicated this is something that is actively being worked on, and in the meantime any time we've needed more detailed reports, they're able to generate and provide them to us without issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Yieldify for:

- Testing various site elements

Great experience with Yieldify!
What do you like best about the product?
Yieldify has helped us increase our conversion rate on D2C significantly. Their tactics have helped us improve on-site customer experience, average order value, conversion and retention. They are always available to support last-minute promotions and campaigns and are always bringing new and creative ideas to the table for how to improve conversion rates even further.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't really a lot of downsides to using Yieldify other than the back and forth it sometimes takes to get new campaign creative to match the current brand creative being used on the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping us keep customers on the site longer, helping them navigate the site more efficiently and giving them the confidence they need to complete a purchase.

Quick development & implementation of campaigns, great communication from our account manager. Incredibly easy to set up on our website and has offered us better insight into our customers & greatly improved our conversion rates.

Ideally, we would like more services to be available allowing us to use the platform & data across multiple channels, Email, Socials etc...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yieldify is helping us to improve bounce & conversion rates as well as the general customer experience on our site by guiding the customer through the funnel and addressing any issues that may occur along the way. This is helping us get a better ROI from all of our traffic in a highly competitive industry.

Utilising the services of Yieldify has helped us improve our wider marketing campaigns and also generate more leads and incremental revenue on our sales, especially at key periods. Cameron in particular is so helpful and has fresh ideas that we're always interested to pursue.

What do you like best about the product?
Unlike other tech stack providers, Yieldify comes alongside our brand as a true strategic partner, focusing on data-driven tactics for advanced personalization, strengthened lead and revenue generation, and onsite conversion optimization at scale! Their support allows for extreme flexibility going around traditional limitations of even the most advanced website capabilities all while providing strategic recommendations for not only the best-in-class benchmarks but all-around newly inventive ideas as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a tech team that's so advanced, turnaround times can sometimes be a challenge when considering net new projects. However, with their out-of-the box, self-service capabilities, duplicating existing and replicating previous successes can all be done in platform without any need for additional support. Some advanced campaign logic setups can lead to a confusing UI on the back-end for the merchant at first, however with more practice, these become easily manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've uncovered opportunities we would otherwise not have imagined with a single tool. Whereas before our development agency would need to create something advanced and custom, prone to possibly breaking or we'd incur higher and higher fees with 3rd party plugins and apps. The team at Yieldify has been able to allow for unique customizations all data-driven by their strategic client success team, we would have otherwise not thought to consider before leading to overall increased revenue performance and business growth.

My Review of Yieldify's platform.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to set up site features or tests on my own. The Yieldify platform makes it very easy to tailor site features or tests to specific groups of users. It is also very well organized and the test results are presented in a precise manner. I also love how they added an A/B/n testing feature which makes testing multiple different variants simple and all in one campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that the data on the number of impressions, sessions, clicks, or leads gained at the top of the dashboard or test performance page, doesn't match the date on the timeline. It is a day off which is confusing when you quickly look at the timeline graph. You have to be careful at which datapoint your mouse is hovering on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yieldify is helping us gain leads through an email capture modal and boosting CVR through entry banner testings, exit pops, and promo auto-apply features. It is also extremely helpful in testing out different promotional values through the A/B/n testing feature.
Quick and easy way to test hypothesis on our website
What do you like best about the product?
With the quick turnaround time and deployment of creatives, the analytic dashboard is simple and easy to understand, and weekly feedback meetings and pitching of new ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything at them moment that I dislike

Testing hypothesis, serving content at the right time to the right audience in the right format, increasing leads, optimizing conversion rate and AOV

Test multiple creatives, refresh often, stop campaigns if they don't yield positive results, and focus on multiple KPI's

Fantastic customer service. Our dedicated account manager is knowledgeable and innovative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yieldify is limited in what it can do compared to competitors. They do not modify pages with code so all of the tests are superficial experiences and no true site modifications.
