Yieldify is great for quick overlays for product launches and campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Yieldify is able to quickly iterate on new ideas and campaigns without utilizing our development resources and time. It is nice to get results almost immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tricky to get design back quickly and some of the designs that are sent back are not particularly excellent in terms of our brand guidelines. Sometimes it would be nice to have more ideas from the team.
Also, sometimes the overlays a bit too trigger happy and appear when users are not trying to leave the site or abandon their carts.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have seen an uptick in conversions with the overlays and we have been able to test things that would normally take quite a long time with our dev agency.
It is nice to have quick results and that the tests do not affect the site performance and speed.

What do you like best about the product?
Working with Yieldify has been great and eye-opening. They are prompt, strategic and always have fresh and applicable ideas to our brand and business. They're always in the know of what our competitors are doing and our account manager Alex always recommends campaigns that will work for our online customers. We have a monthly meeting where he always brings new ideas to the table and even checks in in between campaigns to suggest new ideas if he sees one is not working. One thing which I appreciate the most is their honesty when they know a campaign isn't performing, Alex will always have a solution on how to improve it. Our overall experience has been great and I would recommend Yieldify t all of my colleagues and friends in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often forget what the reporting terms mean. I.e statistical confidence, so if there was a guide or blog that outlined Yieldify's metrics and what they mean and the ideal range they should be in for certain campaign objectives could help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our website wasn't personalised enough and wasn't big on interaction with our online users. With Yieldify's campaigns, our website has seen an increase in time spent on site and product pages visited per session which is great. And less cart abandonments which was always a goal for us as we expand our online side of the business.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to set up and build campaigns, with many options and settings of targeting. Wonderful support and communication with yieldify team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any other tool, you have to get used to it and learn how to use it, but once you do all goes smoothly so you can work pretty quickly with the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can engage more customers, show different campaigns and information to improve sales and decision-making of our customers.

Yieldify helps us create on-page personalization campaigns & A/B testing new features and promotions. We needed a quick fix to improve certain aspects of the website without eating into development time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More opportunities to show messaging throughout the customer's journey. The ability to lower the bounce rate on certain sections of the website, which is positive for revenues and in Google's eyes.
Saving Developer time. A/B Testing backed up with real data. Also, the ability to keep Artwork on brand also saves design time. It will also give us a great idea of what works and what doesn't when implementing a new website.

What do you like best about the product?
We have used Yeildify for lead capture campaigns, increasing Average Order Value as well as basket abandonment and exit intent messages, all have worked really well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be easy to get carried away and end up with too many messages, but with good planning and helpful account management, we have managed to stay on track to our core goals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead capture has worked really well, with regular emails being added to our database via API. Social proof was something new to us, but this is working really well too.

What do you like best about the product?
The people on our account are smart, friendly, and proactive. They listen to our ideas as well as making suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understand a lot of the analysis is based on cohorts, but sometimes it can be hard decipher how well a campaign is truly performing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yieldify has been excellent at delivering quick UX/UI wins that would have taken a long time to develop for our website. It's been a great solution for some tricky situations.
A must-have & ever evolving toolkit for any ecommerce play.
What do you like best about the product?
First and foremost, the account leads, forever bringing new functions to the table. Most appreciated would be lead gen add ons, we've considerably grown our database with this function on site.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to transfer onsite leads to an external CRM source, perhaps something to consider as the platform evolves, no doubt only a short time away from being available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems we are solving with Yieldify are growth of our database across multiple markets. Adding user experience incentives to upsell certain product categories and encourage inventory sell through. Along with power retention on site and longevity of site visits. Seen sincere benefits around growth of not only onsite revenue through traffic shaping modules, but the ability to retain consumer and transfer to certain corners of site to encourage conversion.

What do you like best about the product?
Yieldify has allowed the business to easily create and implement new campaigns/strategies that previously would have been difficult to do as a small team. We are able to better undertand our customer journey on our website and engage with customers at the correct touch points. The team is passionate and dedicated to the client's success and our account manager always reaches out first on a weekly basis with an update/idea even during peak periods when communication could easily be missed.
