Upset About Not Being Able to Take Off Licenses
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to contact employees if needed. (Group messages) I also like how easy it is for patients to reply back to texts and sending out texts is very easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
My business had completely crashed and I was no longer operating my business. I asked if I could drop my licenses from 8 to 1 or 2 due to me having to let go all of my employees. I was told due to the management change, I could not adjust my licenses whatsoever. I think this is completely unfair due to me being told before, on the phone, that I can drop or add licenses whenever I needed to. I am now in significant debt and might have to file bankruptcy due to owing Tiger Connect for 8 licenses even though we never used it. I have expressed my concerns to Tiger Connect and was told there was nothing they could do. Because of this, I have told many business owners in my community that Tiger Connect is not a good choice. If you guys were able to assist me and understand that my business was no longer active, this review would be completely different. I hope you guys can do better in the future. Until then, you have caused extreme distress and have financially hurt a small business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not solving the license problem. It was benefiting my business by being able to contact patients that was HIPAA compliant. Due to my business crashing, I wasn't able to use Tiger Connect as much as I wanted.

What do you like best about the product?
I think it is easy to use and if i run into any issues the tiger connect team is readily available to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't pinpoint any downsides. I use the tool as an admnistrator and have no concerns but have not received any concerns either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were not able to communicate securely outside of EMR without the use of this tool.
Could not do business without TigerText
What do you like best about the product?
TigerText is easy to use and administer. It keeps our messages safe and HIPPA conmpiant. We rarely call the help desk but when we do they are very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that has been and issue is we wish we could keep some of our texts a little longer or keep them in an archive. We understand why this is not the best idea.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating with our teams that are on the road with photos and patient information.
Easy to use & comforting HIPAA compliant
What do you like best about the product?
No worries about HIPAA violations for our patients & company protection.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not anything I can think of... Easy to add users & rarely have had any challenges I could not resolve (or were my error to begin with).

TigerConnect has saved us time and improved our communication

TigerConnect makes our communication process more efficient. We also appreciate the priority messaging feature for emergencies within our clinic.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish there was an easier way to monitor groups and messages being sent between members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HIPAA Compliance between clinical staff, it has been helpful in protecting sensitive information and relaying information quickly between front and back office members.
Good platform but not so friendly contract
What do you like best about the product?
TigerConnect is easy to use for patient communication. We have sent practice wide texts as well as personalized and each with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Beware of the contract! It is pretty tight and termination is strict.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to send HIPAA compliant information to patients which makes us all feel more secure with certain info.
Tiger Text is awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can either use the app on the computer and that you can also download the app on your phone. It is nice to be able to connect with colleagues even when you are not by a computer by using the phone app. It is nice to be able to discuss patient confidential information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I dislike about the platform is that messages disappear after a certain amount of time. I may need to reference back to the message later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Tiger Text apps allows me as a nurse to discuss pertinent patient questions or concerns with the doctors or physician assistants in a
HIPAA compliant way. It allows me to be able to get to patient's questions sooner than waiting on a reply through Epic.

Excellent HIPAA-compliant platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy and quick communication between providers that is accessible via smart phone
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally there are issues with receiving notifications
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating with providers is much easier with this platforms. No need to leave voicemails. Providers can respond at their earliest convenience.
Excellent Company to work with!
What do you like best about the product?
I have been working with Tiger Connect for many years along with many of my clients in my call center. It is a top notch product, Minimal to no downtime and has always been a reliable source of communications in our call center. Their customer service, tech support when needed is fantastic, their follow through is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no negative comments on this outstanding product!
