What do you like best about the product?
HighRadius is especially strong in automating cash application using Machine Learning.

The automated cash application engine has dramatically reduced manual effort. It intelligently applies payments and improves straight-through processing, freeing our team to focus on exceptions and strategic work.
What do you dislike about the product?
While HighRadius delivers strong automation and predictive AR capabilities, the initial setup and learning curve can require additional time and training. Some advanced reporting customization takes effort, and it’s important to ensure clean source data for the best predictive results. Overall, the benefits outweigh these challenges
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HighRadius solved key challenges in our accounts receivable processes — including tedious manual cash application, unfocused collections, and slow dispute resolution. With automated matching, predictive insights, and integrated analytics, we’ve improved cash flow, reduced DSO, and empowered our team to work more strategically

You can view all accounts in one system.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you update contacts, you need to update each account. I am not able to add contact to all accounts.

Able to look at a worklist with all clients I need to review.

What do you like best about the product?
The cash application has made a huge difference for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am disappointed by the lack of assistance from their international support team. Additionally, the credit application feature is missing any workflows, which makes the process less efficient.

Manual work is required for cash application.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how HighRadius Accounts Receivables saves countless hours of manual work and improves accuracy. I enjoy that it's able to work with multiple company codes across various customers, which helps automation in our company. The integration with our ERP system, SAP, works well, and the initial setup of HighRadius Accounts Receivables was seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to export a complete list of active users not excluding the user running the report (i.e. including the user running the active user report). Additionally, the capability to create complex coding mappings that may be unique for customers

I use HighRadius Accounts Receivables for Cash Application, saving countless hours of manual work and improving accuracy. It supports multiple company codes across various customers, enhancing automation.

Streamlines Deductions and Cash Application, but Needs Refinement

What do you like best about the product?
I like the identification of deduction types at the time of cash application and the ability to report out on the deduction side using a variety of different filters as criteria.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tracking of paybacks of invalid deductions still seems very cumbersome and manual, and is a key tracking metric for us. Conversion to Netsuite with HighRadius Accounts Receivables was a bit more of a struggle. Also, there is a lot of if/then type of logic that can change, so interested from an AI perspective, how High Radius can eliminate some of this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HighRadius Accounts Receivables automates cash application, reason coding, and deduction tracking, while providing detailed root cause reporting.
