The application is a great concept. It saves teams valuable time to be spent working on other value added work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that is a challenge is closing out tickets and having issues resolved timely.

The tool when working as expected solves the issue of time and keeping headcount lower.

What do you like best about the product?
HRC products are best in class. It makes sure to identify the pain points and resolve them. Customer support is excellent as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. I have worked with them for 5/6 years now and only have good experiences to share.

We use SAP accelerators and HRC has identified the gaps and created products which bring efficiency and faster resolution.

Benchmarking with industry leaders regarding similar AR solutions and trends. Learning about cutting edge technologies to improve efficiencies.

Nothing yet. Perhaps too many interesting speakers from customers which are at the same time. Can't attend all of them.

It has issues with post sometimes. We've been using a wor around for the last month.
