What do you like best about the product?
I love Procore as a comprehensive construction management platform that streamlines project workflows and keeps teams aligned. I appreciate how all-in-one and centralized the platform is. It keeps project documentation, drawings, budgets, and communications in one place, making collaboration much easier and reducing the risk of miscommunication. I also appreciate the real-time updates and notifications, ensuring everyone stays on the same page and can respond quickly to changes or issues. Features like RFIs, submittals, daily logs, and reporting tools are particularly valuable. RFIs make it easy to clarify project details quickly, submittals help track approvals, daily logs allow me to record site activities, and reporting tools provide clear insights into budgets and timelines. Procore’s intuitive interface and helpful guides also made the initial setup manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the learning curve for new users can be steep, especially for teams who aren’t familiar with construction management software. Some features can feel overwhelming initially, and onboarding may take longer than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore streamlines project workflows, keeps teams aligned, and centralizes information, eliminating miscommunication. It manages project documentation, drawings, RFIs, submittals, daily logs, and budgets, ensuring everyone has access to the latest updates.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked Procore very much for construction management projects. It helps with coordination and efficiency. I appreciate its integration feature, which centralizes all the information and reduces errors. It offers better integration than our previous product, PlanGrid, and the initial setup was good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Procore a bit complex. Simplifying the interface could really enhance the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Procore for construction management projects. It solves coordination issues, centralizes all the information, and reduces errors. The integration improves efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the flexibility and user-friendly nature of Procore. When I first used the program, it was not as confusing as other programs I've tried. I could easily find what I needed without having to research extensively or ask others for help. The online courses make it easier to perform more complex tasks, which is a big plus. In management, it's important to have tools that help you finish tasks quickly and efficiently, while avoiding mistakes, and Procore really helps a lot with that. I also found the initial setup to be quite easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training should provide a demo for us to review. Performing and training yourself on the tasks you learn instead of only watching videos and reading would be the best way to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Procore to solve issues with RFIs, management, meetings, coordination, and communication. It helps me finish tasks quickly and efficiently while avoiding mistakes. The platform is user-friendly, allowing me to get what I want easily, supported by online courses for complex tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user-friendly layout of Procore. It's simple, and there's nothing hidden, so you're not digging for information. You just click where you want to view. I also like the messaging system within Procore. Whether you're on-site or in the office, you can communicate without leaving the app. The initial setup was very simple after watching the basic PM certification video. I believe Procore saves everyone time by simplifying management tasks and keeping everything organized, especially when PMS and Subs are not in the same network.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how there is lacking AI integration, although ik they are trying to add it in
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I expect Procore to simplify project management by efficiently handling RFIs and staying organized, saving time by centralizing communication for both onsite and office teams.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform offers strong organization and clear, concise workflows. It ensures that subcontractors and trades are kept informed about any documents that are required or still pending submission. This feature is especially helpful in my daily work, as it provides reminders in case I forget to follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I have any issues with Procore or what it can do. My company's internal settings seem to be restricting what I can access or accomplish.

It’s helpful to have all coordination updated in real time, with notifications sent out whenever changes occur. I also appreciate being able to access previous versions for comparison, all conveniently located in one place.

"The organization of Procore stands out to me - everything has a logical place, which is crucial when you're managing multiple tasks on a job site. Plus, the free knowledge base and training materials make it easy to learn new features and troubleshoot on your own."
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a bit of a learning curve initially, especially with all the features available. But once you get familiar with the platform, it becomes second nature. The free training resources help with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Field Access to Information: It solves the problem of needing to go back to the trailer or office for documents. Having instant mobile access to drawings, specs, and submittals means I can answer questions and make decisions right there on site, which keeps work moving and prevents costly delays.
