What do you like best about the product?
I like the Procore help feature because it makes it easier to understand the system. The website's map is also appreciated. In case you run into any problems, these features allow you to find the solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps adding more description to the buttons once you point your mouse to it.

Procore keeps track of drawings, allowing me to set clear user permissions and stay on top of different document versions.

I like learning about all the tools Procore offers and how easily accessible they are for the company and its customers. It's great for contractors to be able to see, read, edit, and use documents, which makes sharing and editing documents easier. The initial setup was straightforward since my teacher just sent me a link, and I created a guest account easily. Procore also makes it simple to manage work, plan, and schedule tasks.

Seems amazing have had no problems.

By bringing office and field teams together on one platform, it aims to improve productivity and support more predictable outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Procore centralizes everything into one platform, creating a single source of truth for my entire project team. It's great having drawings, RFIs, submittals, photos, daily logs, and cost information all connected. This reduces the back-and-forth and minimizes the risk of teams working with outdated information. The field coordination is especially valuable to me. I find the mobile app impressive; it makes it easy to capture photos, update daily logs, and reference documents right from the site. This improves accuracy and keeps communication timely. Procore’s effectiveness in enhancing transparency, accountability, and collaboration among the field, office, subcontractors, and consultants helps projects move faster and with fewer surprises.

Some workflows can feel more complex than necessary, and the interface can be overwhelming for new users. Improved navigation, search functionality, and more flexible reporting and customization options would enhance the overall experience.

They help me understand what I need to do as a project manager, like handling punch lists. I appreciate that the software makes estimating and project management easier for me. Plus, I found the initial setup of Procore to be very straightforward and easy.

I like the way Procore distributes information and how it keeps you up to date. Also, I found the initial setup very simple and I've been using it for several years.

Sometimes it seems too complex to create the reports, a lot of information that might be repetitive.

Procore improves communication, facilitates the updating of plans and requests for information (RFI), distributes information effectively, and keeps me up to date in my construction work.

What do you like best about the product?
As an architect, I recommend using Procore. It keeps drawings, RFIs, submittals, and site communication in one place, which makes coordination much smoother and reduces back-and-forth. Since most contractors already use it, it also helps keep everyone aligned and protects the design intent.

Cost, learning curve, not necessary for all types of projects.

I like using Procore because it allows us to input data and share things in real time, which is super helpful for running a custom cabinet division. The up-to-date information and photos showing what is going on at the site are really useful for checking the progress and accuracy of the job. Additionally, the setup was very simple to do, making it easy to fit it to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it confusing that the actual shop drawings showing our very specific needs are not in the drawing module but in submittals. A sub-menu for shop prints, even if it's viewable only with certain permissions, would be helpful to find them quickly without having to check through all the submittals.
