  • January 30, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the levels of documentation that Procore provides. The ability to easily communicate with people on the platform and onboard new people changes the game for sure. I'm also a big fan of being able to indicate issues immediately through the ping system. Procore gave me better insight into the functionality within a project management software, and it allows for easier communication and records documentation. The initial setup was very easy, and I'm very likely to recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Price point, its hard to justify as a small company however the product is very beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore gives me a better insight into project management software, simplifies communication and records documentation, and offers immediate issue indication with its ping system.

I like how intuitive the user interface of Procore is. Navigating the site doesn't feel overwhelming because of its simplicity, yet it offers high-level functionality, giving me room to personalize Procore to be effective for me. Setting up Procore was very simple; logging in and getting through the certification was engaging and clear.

I haven't used it much

What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike was that it was a change from the software we had been using. I believe the change is a positive one though.

Procore: The Go-To for Construction Management

  • January 27, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the submittal workflows in Procore. I also like the entire 'ball in court' system, as it makes it very easy to see who needs to do what. The initial setup was easy for me; I just went through a few Procore training videos. Procore is the king, even when compared to other construction management software I've used, none compare.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the document viewing; for example, a PDF is very hard to move around and mark up as compared to Bluebeam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps with submittals, RFIs, and documentation. I like the 'ball in court' system for clear task assignments.

Procore Makes Bid Invitations and Job Scope Visibility Easy

  • January 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is the tool many of our general contractors use to send bid invitations to us as subcontractors. As an estimator, I find that Procore makes it easier to see the full scope of a job and to respond to the contractor on whether we’re bidding or not. Most importantly, it also allows us to manage awarded jobs from beginning to end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a bit confusing to locate attached files or to switch from one project to another, especially when I’m moving between tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most beneficial aspect of Procore is the constant communication with the general contractor at every step of a project.

Centralized Project Management Powerhouse

  • January 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Procore for putting a lot of useful information into one platform that integrates data from the field, the design team, and the owner. I like being able to view all the updated drawings, submittals, RFIs, and pertinent information needed both on-site and in the office. It's great to have instant access to the answers I need without having to search through past emails or folders stored on my computer. The initial setup has been pretty easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to review my daily field logs as a finished product before finalizing and sending them out. It would be helpful to view the daily log with all the information for the day on one page as the admin sees it before it gets sent out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore centralizes crucial project information, allowing instant access without navigating through emails or folders. It lets me manage construction projects visually with up-to-date drawings and documents.

All-in-One Project Management Tools for Every Stakeholder

  • January 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Procore is that it provides all the tools you need for project management, and it works smoothly for everyone involved. I also like that it links to your email, so you don’t miss any details when something new comes up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you can’t download a project’s drawings directly. Instead, it generates a link that gets sent to your email. It’s not a big deal, but I’d prefer to download them straight from the webpage to my laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me work smoothly with my clients (General Contractors) and without delays. It also makes it easy to communicate clearly about everything related to the project between me and my clients, with no problems.

The tool that finally stopped our construction chaos from living in spreadsheets

  • January 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Once our team started using it daily, RFIs, drawings, daily logs, and change events all lived in one place. I personally rely on the drawing management and RFIs the most being able to see the latest version instantly has saved us from costly mistakes on site. The mobile app is also a big win, foreman can upload photos and updates straight from the field without waiting to get back to the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features feel overwhelming at first because Procore can do a lot, it's easy to miss certain tools unless you've had proper onboarding. Also, for smaller projects, it can sometimes feel heavier than necessary, and the pricing may be a bit high of you're not using most of the modules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using it, we dealt with outdated drawings, missed approvals, and long email threads that no one wanted to search through. Now, everyone from project managers to site engineers works off the same information. This has reduced rework, improved accountability and made project reporting much clearer for management. It's helped us stay organised under pressure and keep projects moving without constant follow ups.
