What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how simple and organized Procore is, making it a pleasure to use. I love how everything is interconnected, which helps to keep the project organized and everyone updated efficiently. The simplicity of the interface means it doesn't feel crowded, allowing me to focus on what matters without unnecessary distractions. The forms and paperwork, checklists, and the photo gallery are invaluable for maintaining organization and efficiency, making my life as a Project Manager significantly easier. The initial setup was straightforward, reinforcing the ease-of-use attribute of Procore that I find so appealing.

if I have to choose something, it would probably just be the color of the theme

Additionally, I found the initial setup process to be pretty easy, which speaks to the user-friendliness of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Procore could improve by having an easily accessible chatbox for beginners. This chatbox would provide immediate support and answer questions on how to use specific tools, which would be incredibly helpful as I am still learning the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Procore makes organizing easier, allows me to track a lot of information, facilitates communication across platforms, and offers valuable courses and certifications.

Procore makes submittal management easy by allowing creation directly from contract documents. Users can generate specifications, attach relevant files, and track approvals efficiently. This ensures clarity, organization, and smooth collaboration across the project team.

I really appreciate how Procore simplifies the contract signing process by integrating DocuSign, which makes sealing agreements so much smoother and hassle-free. Additionally, I find the capability of storing a vast amount of information within Procore to be highly valuable, as it ensures we have all the necessary data readily accessible. Although I am currently in training and haven't used the platform extensively, these features stand out as promising and signify Procore's potential to significantly impact our workflow effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the main issue is the lack of complete knowledge about the capabilities and functionalities that Procore offers within our company. This gap in understanding prevents us from fully leveraging the system, which can be seen as a significant downside. Furthermore, while Procore is generally a good system, there seems to be hesitation or obstacles in transitioning fully from other third-party software, especially for scheduling purposes. This incomplete transition means we are not utilizing Procore to its full potential.

I find Procore makes signing contracts easier with DocuSign integration and helps in informing customers effectively through document management.

I think the historical archive and databasing are the most functional aspects of Procore.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there are options for naming photos in Procore, not all of the tools can utilize this. I personally use my phone to capture photos and add them as attachments with a name on daily reporting. It is a bit of an extra step, but then the photos can be accessed later for reference on lessons learned or to illustrate how something was accomplished in the past. An easier way to title photos would be greatly appreciated.

Procore excels at enabling multiple entities to collaborate in one place toward the project's objectives. Each organization or individual involved can access the same shared data, ensuring everyone stays informed. Another advantage is its ability to store historical knowledge, which allows teams to reference past information and gain valuable insights for future projects.
