Procore Perfected Our Construction Process
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Procore since March 2025 for our new site, and it has proven to be a great software. I frequently use tools like Daily Report, RFI, Submittals, and Correspondence, which are tremendously helpful for our site overview. Procore allows us to get site information in minutes, and the convenience of accessing it from a mobile phone adds to its utility. I find it very easy to use with no lag issues, and I personally enjoy the Submittals tool because it consolidates all submittal comments and attachments efficiently. The RFI tool, Daily Log, and Submittal tool are among the most valued tools for me, functioning exceptionally well. Additionally, the customer support team is commendable; they facilitated Zoom calls and scheduled weekly meetings for our managers and staff when we faced initial learning challenges, which greatly helped us in mastering the software. Overall, Procore has been perfect for our needs, and I highly recommend it.

Procore provides instant access to site information on mobile, is easy to use, never lags, and its Submittals tool efficiently manages comments and attachments, enhancing our site overview.
User-Friendly UI with Extensive Certification Options
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very easy to navigate and provides tons of certifications for different areas of expertise based on level of experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
A con to the vast array of learning tools, it almost seems to be a few too many. It can lead to learning the same basic functions over again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore solves the problem of managing the inspections process of the project I have to do. It benefits me because it stores all of the projects from myself and predecessors that have used the program. It will also benefit us for record keeping and sharing with our consulting teams and contractors.
A Highly Resourceful Tool That Exceeds Expectations

It is a very resourceful tool for one to utilize

This program helps to coordinate different trades and workers seamlessly

Having so many options and abilities could make the software cluttered and hard to navigate

Centralized Learning Hub with Excellent Educational Resources
What do you like best about the product?
Procore acts as a central hub for learning everything necessary when using the platform. In addition, they offer solid educational resources on standard construction practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about ProCore. My entire experience has been smooth and enjoyable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am completing this certification as part of a class, but I believe the experience will also benefit my career.
All-Inclusive Project Management with Procore—Everything You Need!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how the program is all inclusive. It has everything you need to successfully run a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant think of anything i currently dislike about Procore.

Its solving the problem of having different documents stored in different areas. Its all in one place and easy to find in procore.
Engaging and Interactive Courses, But Needs More Visuals
What do you like best about the product?
The software is very interactive and so the courses are.

I think it should be more graphic, with things that could be attract more the attention

The information and forms workflow, so the software is helping us to keep all the team communicated from field to office
Streamlined Construction Marketing with Procore
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Procore for the marketing side of construction, mainly focusing on photos and progress tracking, and I appreciate how it helps me see where the project is at, providing a full picture of progress. This capability is extremely beneficial as it allows me to find and prep photos a lot quicker, significantly improving my workflow. The tool setup was quite straightforward, which I found to be a hassle-free experience. Procore is a streamlined tool that helps people get their jobs done more efficiently. I gave Procore a nine out of ten, indicating my high level of satisfaction with its performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the lack of integration with CRMs like Hootsuite a bit limiting. Having an integration for lead generation and customer management would be beneficial, helping to capture leads and translate them into customers more efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Procore helps me quickly find and prep photos, providing a full picture of project progress, which streamlines our marketing processes and increases efficiency.
Extensive experience in project control and management
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool for organizing all the projects we participate in, as well as efficiently and clearly communicating information to each of the work teams involved, to clients, and to the various project collaborators.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a tool with a significant market presence, the product costs tend to be high, meaning that not all our projects have the capital to control them with this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining good communication with all teams involved in the project, making formal deliveries, and being able to accurately track each stage
Effortless Project Navigation, But RFI Interface Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy is to navigate between several projects and how different companies can be in tune on what needs to be discussed in every building stage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the user interface with writing RFIs can be confusing at times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work remotely and it has helped to study and review projects very easily. The quality of the drawings and documents is excellent. The experience is better in a Mac computer.
