Effortlessly Easy Setup, Highly Recommended
What do you like best about the product?
I find Procore very useful for project management, especially in terms of organizational communication. Though I'm new to it, everything seems great so far. The initial setup was really easy, and I would rate it a 9 out of 10 for recommending to others.

Procore improves organizational communication and streamlines our project management process. The setup was really easy too.
Streamlined Management with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like Procore's ease-of-use and the robust tools that are continually improving. I appreciate the courteous and helpful online support. Procore allows me to dive into key areas of project management and create customized tools specific to our company needs. The initial setup was easy, and I have full confidence in the software and its ability to meet project management needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the responsiveness of 360 reporting in Procore. When I generate new information like an Invoice Cover sheet Correspondence, it takes 15-30 minutes for that data to show up in reporting. This delay creates a 15-30 minute lag in my processing time. Also, while the setup was easy, adoption is hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore simplifies cumbersome processes, synchronizes communication, and increases project visibility for stakeholders, aiding in Change Orders, Budgets, Submittals, Reporting, and Task Orders.
Thoughtful User Access Controls Make Procore Stand Out
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how Procore has thoughtful ways to control user access.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might be over-engineered and complicated to use for first-time users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have aspirations to become a Construction Project Manager, and I wanted to learn more about the software application side of things. I appreciate that Procore has a robust learning system that includes videos and practice simulations.
The Most Comprehensive Construction Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
ProCore is the most comprehensive software available for construction management. The user friendliness of the entire program is excellent. We signed up, took the education offerings, and hit the ground running. It was so easy to start out and integrate it into our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that are limited relative to competitors
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is working on retrofitting some programming to facilitate our needs, and the customer service has been excellent.
Efficient Project Tracking with Outstanding Document Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like how fast Procore is when loading documents and how clear the drawings are when you zoom on details. Procore's speed allows me to be very efficient in my day-to-day activities and not have to wait for pages or documents to load up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind at the moment.

Procore keeps all project information organized and updated in one place, enhancing traceability across disciplines. Its speed and clarity in handling documents and drawings boost my efficiency in daily activities.
All-Encompassing Tool with Seamless Integration Features
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is all encompassing. Procore offers features that include Add-In tools for integration purposes

No dislikes, though i want to know more about permission level build within the tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Procore streamlines multiple platforms into one user-friendly and collaborative portal. It's easy to learn and understand, making the initial setup very easy. I also find the instructional videos helpful for getting new users set up on their own schedule. The flexibility of Procore with other software integrations is a huge plus, and it's the leader in the industry, making it the easiest to use and the most recognized.

tracking of defiencies and observations for in field work
Ideal for document control and the formalization of processes in large projects

It has all the features to manage the documentation control of a large project, which greatly helps to formalize processes and permits, and to work better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps it takes time to adapt to this way of working, as it is a new platform there are many situations yet to be encountered to know how they are resolved, but that is more about the management of the companies that use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resolve doubts about plans, available information of a project, RFI, know the latest version of plans and specifications, essential information of the project.
User-Friendly with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I use Procore for construction and industrial programming, specifically for water and wastewater facilities. I like the file management and file version system along with its intuitive design. Procore is really friendly software, and I appreciate the great support and documentation that make it easy to find answers if you face a problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really like that all the data is in the cloud. I would like to have the option to keep backups on our servers too. It's just data integrity rules to keep backups on your servers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps us communicate with general and electrical contractors, allowing us to submit and discuss drawings and project steps effectively.
