Great for Centralizing Project Information
What do you like best about the product?
Having all project information consolidated within a single tool makes managing tasks and tracking progress much more efficient. It streamlines communication and ensures that everything needed for the project is easily accessible in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue I've encountered is the inability to transfer attachments when using certain ERP integrations. This limitation can be frustrating, especially when sharing important documents is necessary for workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore addresses the challenge of having to use multiple software programs by bringing them all together into a single platform.

The lack of current integration between different product Workflows and the inability to customize to fully match our PLC

One product could enable us to easily standardize processes across verticals
Streamlined Accountability, Seamless Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Procore effectively solves accountability issues and ensures information reaches the right person at the right time. The setup process was straightforward, which I appreciate immensely. The tools I find most useful include the drawings tool, commitments, and the initial registry. The system’s emphasis on accountability would absolutely make me purchase it again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the integration process quite lacking and feel that there's significant room for improvement. Additionally, the marketplace offerings are not expansive enough, which limits flexibility in terms of extending the platform's capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Procore solves accountability issues and ensures the right information reaches the right person at the right time, enhancing efficiency.
Great Centralized Platform, But Lacks Two-Way Integration with Other Procore Users
What do you like best about the product?
A unified platform that serves as a single source of truth for all of my project and company informations
What do you dislike about the product?
That it doesn't connect/integrate in both directions with other Procore users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need to have dozens of point solutions to manage projects.
Procore: User-Friendly and Easy for All Workers
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly Procore is. It's very easy to get workers of all ages onboarded with ease. They also have an incredible customer service program.
What do you dislike about the product?
On a basic level all tools are easy to use and user friendly. To get below the surface and work deeper in the program there's a lot of thought and expertise that has to go through unlocking those attributes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and communication. There's a massive amount of information that has to be organized for a construction project and Procore makes sure it's easy and well done.

troubleshooting isn't the best when something doesn't go as planned

Consolidated data providing us with the ability to see what is going on in our business.

It is very big and somewhat hard to navigate.

Consolidating all of our data and operations in one spot allowing for visibility and a single point of truth for construction projects

User friendly and it is easy to get our team access to it

User-Friendly Interface, but Licensing Can Be Confusing

The licensing when not on an enterprise plan can be confusing.

Procore is allowing us to remove our home-grown built in house system.

One place for all of our data. The ability to report on all of the data we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't have all of the features I would like. It's not as customized as spreadsheets can be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is making our field teams follow certain processes which protects our company. It's making project data available to teams and outside users/management.
