What do you like best about the product?
I love how organized Procore is and how everything is very easy to get access to. I think it works great with managing multiple tasks at once. The initial setup of Procore was very easy and set up right away.

Accessible, Free Certification That Bridges the Gap to US Construction Standards
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, the best part is how accessible the certification program is. As an engineer based outside the US, it’s been a game-changer for learning American construction standards without needing to be on a physical job site yet. It’s helping me bridge the gap in my knowledge and boost my CV for free, which is huge for my career growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a free 'sandbox' mode for individuals to just experiment. The courses are great, but I’d love to mess around with the tools on my own without needing a company subscription. It’s hard to build that muscle memory just by following the structured lessons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m using Procore to bridge the gap between my engineering background in Peru and US construction standards. It’s helping me standardize my project management knowledge, specifically around RFIs and submittals, so I can be ready to jump into a US-based role without a huge learning curve.

Procore keeps all of our project documents accessible and tracks the outstanding items we still need to complete. It helps keep everything organized, and it’s easy to generate logs for any open items that still need to be addressed.

Trying to get used to any new program is a challenge, but once you learn it,t you will be glad you did!

Keeping the most recent documents current and knowing what tasks are still pending is key in the construction world.

There is a lot to learn, especially if someone has no prior experience using the software. Also, it can be very expensive.

I like the Procore help feature because it makes it easier to understand the system. The website's map is also appreciated. In case you run into any problems, these features allow you to find the solutions.

Perhaps adding more description to the buttons once you point your mouse to it.

Procore keeps track of drawings, allowing me to set clear user permissions and stay on top of different document versions.

I like learning about all the tools Procore offers and how easily accessible they are for the company and its customers. It's great for contractors to be able to see, read, edit, and use documents, which makes sharing and editing documents easier. The initial setup was straightforward since my teacher just sent me a link, and I created a guest account easily. Procore also makes it simple to manage work, plan, and schedule tasks.

Users mainly dislike Procore because of its high, non-transparent pricing, steep learning curve, and heavy administrative overhead. Although it’s a dominant tool for large enterprises, these same factors can make it frustrating to adopt and use for smaller firms or specialized trades.

Procore is designed to bring the “chaos” of construction projects into a single source of truth, helping address key industry challenges such as data silos and communication delays. By bringing office and field teams together on one platform, it aims to improve productivity and support more predictable outcomes.

I like how Procore centralizes everything into one platform, creating a single source of truth for my entire project team. It's great having drawings, RFIs, submittals, photos, daily logs, and cost information all connected. This reduces the back-and-forth and minimizes the risk of teams working with outdated information. The field coordination is especially valuable to me. I find the mobile app impressive; it makes it easy to capture photos, update daily logs, and reference documents right from the site. This improves accuracy and keeps communication timely. Procore’s effectiveness in enhancing transparency, accountability, and collaboration among the field, office, subcontractors, and consultants helps projects move faster and with fewer surprises.

Some workflows can feel more complex than necessary, and the interface can be overwhelming for new users. Improved navigation, search functionality, and more flexible reporting and customization options would enhance the overall experience.
