Quick Setup, Effortless Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I find Procore quick and easy to use, which really helps in managing projects and bids efficiently. The setup was also a breeze, taking tops ten minutes to get started. I particularly appreciate the Procore network for finding subcontractors quickly and easily. I haven't had any issues with Procore, which adds to the seamless experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing it works great!

I use Procore to keep everything in one form, streamlining project management and bidding processes.

It's a great system with everything that is needed in one easy to use platform.

Some of the settings such as reminders and their parameters.

Procore is combining several management software being used and bringing into one platform.
Intuitive and Seamless Functionality with Room for Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitive interface it offers, as well as the fact the app works seamlessly between my phone and computer. Another feature of Procore that helps me daily is the ability to easily reach the GC of the jobs schedule and expectations. It was pretty easy and seamless when I first got hired.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I would like to see improved is the ability to customize the experience, without being considered an Admin in my company's Procore. I think being able to add shortcuts to my daily log would greatly improve the amount of time it takes me at the end of the day to complete my tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Procore to track daily progress, create reports, and access construction documents easily. It has an intuitive interface that works seamlessly across devices and helps me communicate job schedules effectively.
Procore Keeps Construction Documentation Centralized and Everyone Aligned
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is great for construction as it controls documentation in one centralised location from which all interested parties have the information disseminated avoiding sub-contractors working from outdated revisions or old plans leading to mistakes or costly re-works. Additionally as we use it from tender through to handover, all changes are recorded from tender through to handover which means everyone from Consultants through to the Principal has the visibility of the changes and regular communications
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times it feels the process could be streamlined and more intuitive, however some of this would likely lead to loss of functionality/ customaisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication, document control and central storage for all documentation. This is also portable and visible across a number of devices.
Great Bid Platform for Managing Contacts, Communications, and Files
What do you like best about the product?
Great bid platform to save all contacts, easily communicate project details, and host files for internal and external stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new bid platform is much better than the legacy, but it's still very slow. And when you create a bid package out of order, you can't reorder them, so that 9C ACT is below 7A TPO Roofing.
Also, I don't like Procore's concept of bid packages. If I had to create a separate bid package just for Roofers, I would have 30-50 bid packages that I would have to jump back and forth to, and the load time is WAY too slow to support that. I'm also not sure how a mass communication would work that way.
I use bid forms the way the system is set up to use bid packages, so that I can separate all of my trades, but still have them all in one place.

Bid coverage. Procore is an elite software, so prospective bidders pay attention to the emails. Ultimately I hope that means better coverage. On the subcontractor side, the easier it is for them to get the details of the project and download the plans, the better it is for me that they'll jump through enough hoops and put the project in their bid pipeline.
Practical Tool with Smooth Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I think Procore is a very practical tool. It helps a lot with my customers and also with some of the things that I work with. It's really easy to learn how to use, and it's really practical when it comes to sharing information and giving updates in every phase of the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one main thing is that Procore is focused on the way of work in the US. In Mexico, we have several options for contracts, and the structure of projects is kinda different versus the United States ones. Another thing is that the financial tool should have several currencies so we can manage different contracts with multiple currencies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Procore to manage my projects smoothly and coordinate better with my clients.
Very User-Friendly—Easy to Navigate and Learn
What do you like best about the product?
This is a very user-friendly program that even before taking the course I was able to navigate and begin learning the functions with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have only been using for a week now and so far, I have not found anything that is difficult about the program. As a personal preference, I would say for UOL on a product line instead of a dollar amount a time amount and putting a separate area in the estimate form to add your labor rate. That way if a labor rate changes instead of changing it on each item you only have to update your labor rate in one area as the time to install should rarely change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed and ease of creating bid/proposals. Procore is making the estimating process easier and faster.
Robust Procore Training with Helpful Resources and Role-Based Certifications
What do you like best about the product?
Procore has a robust help and training section, along with certifications relating to different job roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find anything that I did not like about the Procore training experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore training helps to onboard new employees.
Procore: Industry Standard in Construction with Superior Training
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the training videos Procore provides. They're thorough and short, and I can change the video speed if I ever get a little antsy. What's also great is that if video format isn't for me, they have document info with steps. It's also great that I don't need to have multiple different tabs open for different components of a project; everything is integrated. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I get any answers wrong on the quizzes, it would be helpful if they added the reason why.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps me by not needing multiple tabs for different project components.
Streamlines Construction Projects Effortlessly
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy Procore is to use, especially on the mobile app. Being able to take pictures on observations and manage punch lists and stuff like that directly from my phone is incredibly helpful. The setup was quite easy too.

I find Procore streamlines communication with contractors and trade members, making it easy to keep workflows streamlined and projects moving forward.
