Instant Expenses, I'd never go back
What do you like best about the product?
The speed it picks up expenses is immense, Hard to forget to process when the notifcation appears often before the product (depending on the speed of the barista)
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little, I can think of a few ideas to improve it but it's a classic case of doing one thing (expenses) really slick. I'd rather it did this than diversify and lose product focues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personally I have found I miss fewer expenses, I knwo what they are and it's transparent. As a business we notice problems quickly and resolve them transparently
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They've always been helpful for me as an end user (submitting expenses) not sure on the cost vs others but these guys make it easy to do these tasks and make my working day more pleausrable as a result

How easy the app is, the photo and descriptions are simple to use

the reminders are a little too much, less would be better

I do not have to use my own card, which is fantastic as I don't have a credit card.
Slick, efficient and easy
What do you like best about the product?
The branding is lovely and the phone app is so easy to use. I love the immediate listing of transactions and the clear prompts to add receipts. It's very convenient being able to upload pictures via the phone app and tag the expense all in one action, rather than faffing around uploading images to the website and then attaching them to receipts etc. as you do in other system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hmm, not many things really it's much better than using other tools like Expensify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's so easy to use and removes the need to process lots of expense forms for staff. Also removes the need for staff to front the cost of expenses. It allows the accountancy function in the business to have clear and immediate feedback about what has been spent.

Employees handing in receipts and writing expense reports has always been a problem.
Nice tool, great UX
What do you like best about the product?
The UX is self explanatory. Nothing difficult. Helps you focus on things that matter and not worry about receipt management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I haven't used it for anything more complex than checking a shared amount and managing payments but the above are easy to do daily.

Helps me keep being productive and not lose much time on managing receipts.
Has made both me and my boss' lives a little better
What do you like best about the product?
It has made paying for things much much easier by removing most of the administrative work involved in dealing with receipts. Before this, we used our personal payment means and then had to collect and "report" receipts. My boss would then have to prepare that for our accountant. These days, all I have to do is take a picture of the receipt with my phone (unless it is one of those cases where the receipt is collected automagically) and then I am done :)

Currently there is nothing that I do not like. There were some bugs when we first started using Pleo, but those have all been fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pleo to pay for small things like getting stuff for the office, bigger things like hardware purchases and recurring things like memberships.
Just takes a load off keeping track of reciepts and expenses

The user system, where everyone have their own card and you get individual notifications of missing reciepts.

You some times get charged an extra fee using the Pleo card

Keeping track of expenses, making sure that all reciepts are stored digitally. And we also usually can get rid of "personal expenses" and refunding those.

What do you like best about the product?
As soon as Pleo identifies that a purchase has been made via the card, a reminder is immediately sent making it easy to remember that a copy of the receipt needs to be provided - no more trying to remember what you paid for.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides - no dislikes.

Often receipts would be misplaced, reasons for expenses forgotten and incorrect categorization applied - those problems have now gone away and the stress of completing expenses reports is taken away.
