An easy way for company expenses
What do you like best about the product?
The fact it allows me to upload receipts instantly and tag for certain expenses is really helpful. Also the app is really easy to use and help to remind you of pin and freeze card or request a new one.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that I cannot see a breakdown of my spending whilst away. If there were some analysis that would be really useful or perhaps a portal for me to look at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have to use my own card to expense items and instead can use the pleo card.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use this if you have employees going abroad that will be using expenses daily. It is a great way to track receipts rather than keeping them.
The most time-saving service
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo is really saving a lot of time for both the employees registrations of travel costs as for me when I have to appoint the costs to projects and invoice the customers.
Receipts are now always present, the employees delivers it on time and with the interface to e-conomic, it is easy for me to invoice the customers for the expenses.
Furthermore we now get the VAT on foreign travel costs refunded due Pleo's service. This more than covers the cost of Pleo.

What do you dislike about the product?
The interface to e-conomic miss integration to the project module, so despite that Pleo can assign expenses to Project, it is not directly assigned to the projects in E-conomic. I still have to do that manually when the expenses have been transferred.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving a lot of time for my employees and myself. Furthermore I got the foreign VAT refunded. The service is much better than what my bank can offer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't wait - just do it small scale and you will quickly realise that it is the easiest change you have ever made.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how expenses just pop up on my screen after I make a contacless payment. It makes life so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. I thought it was annoying that I had to change my pin at an ATM, but hey - that took 3 minutes in total!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever I had an issue (like forgetting my pin for the app), the team got back to me within minutes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just go with it! It's really easy to use and it will make your life easier. Goodbye expenses! The app also has a nice feature which allows our accountant to ask questions about our purchases.

What do you like best about the product?
It reminds you to upload your receipts and can be easily topped up if you run out whilst travelling away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can sometimes take a while to recognise a payment has gone through so have to keep hol dof the receipt for 24 hours till you can upload.

Don't have to use own money, if have some left over can just be taken back off by company.

What do you like best about the product?
the customer service. Extremely helpful and always quick to answer any queries you may have. Cannot fault Pleo at all

Nothing, its so simple to use. The customer service team are extremely helpful and it allows you to keep an eye on your monthly spend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instant photo uploads means i don't have to worry about holding onto receipts and loosing them!

If you want a cost effective, efficient and user friendly way of keeping track of receipts and spending then Pleo is the one for you!
Keep it simple, stupid
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo gets all your travel expenses in order in real time! I can at all times follow expenses filtered by category, people etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exports to our accounting system does not exclude already imported elements.

Mainly I save time in accounting.

Life hack for business Admin
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo has taken time and stress out of managing work expenses. Instead of having receipts that you need to claim back from work, we simply use the Pleo card, and take a photo of the receipt then submit it through the Pleo App.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is isn't much to dislike! The card isn't personalised with your own name, but that doesn't really matter at the end of the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has reduced the amount of admin time and also it is also great NOT to have to use my own personal finances
Great easy service
What do you like best about the product?
That you can take a picture of the receipt and the app can always relate this to the amount taken.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you cannot always tap the card and have to put the pin in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am notified about the amount i am spending and i can keep track of this.
Effortless, which is exactly what an expense account should be.

When I use my Pleo card, all I need to do is snap a picture of the receipt, tag it as our finance dept. has asked and that's it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app doesn't handle a poor mobile signal very well. Some kind of offline mode (which then syncs when the connection is restored) would go a long way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expenses are no longer a chore and thus get dealt with much more quickly and accurately. No more painful trawling back through a month of receipts trying to match things up!

What do you like best about the product?
Really user friendly service, easy to set up and manage and most of all, no need for keeping receipts and filling out expenses forms

A couple of times the business balance has run out and the card stopped working.

Reduction in admin time, no need for staff to pay out of their own pocked.
