Not really anything, maybe the interface when you uploade a recept could be a bit more pretty

The time with accounting - that you dont have to upload things by hand anymore

How it prompts you to add the needed info and categories for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
For use in London I can't use it on the tube as it won't register that I have a receipt.

It has saved me lots of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Instant Top Ups. Real and Virtual Cards. Xero integration. Receipt bank. Balance on demand. Pretty awesome product and after a trial period is now part and parcel of expense claims.
What do you dislike about the product?
Writing on the card wore away within 2 weeks of being in my wallet. Now just a white faced card with no Pleo branding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cash transfers going to private bank accounts for company business. Effective receipt tracking. Top Ups on demand. Personally and professionally, Pleo has been great in separating work from life, and has allowed my company to effectively track expenses in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
I no longer have to retain paper receipts. It allows me to give my team the ability to manage their own expenses more efficiently. The UI is intuitive and leads to very few errors in expense submission.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It's a great product. Easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time. I no longer have to retain, annotate and file paper based receipts. It gives me visibility on team expenses.

Get on with it.

Be good to attach docs to receipts. Screen capturing everything is a pain.

Pleo makes expenses a thing of the past!

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo makes expenses/business purchases so much easier. No longer have to faff around with storing receipts and then submitting each expense claim through Xero and arrange manual bank transfers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any downsides to using Pleo! Their integration with Xero has gotten better over time and ironed out any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo saves a whole host of time worrying about expense reimbursements, no longer do we have to reimburse employees on an expense by expense basis, but also employees can pay for the items they require immediately.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can deal with expenses in real time - no getting to the end of the month and having to remember which job each receipt was for, alternatively you can do it later. Whichever suits you best at the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find the reminders a little intrusive if I'm in a hurry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A greatly reduced processing procedure for general expenses which frees up time for both employees who use it and for the accounts department reconciling those expenses against paper receipts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a simple and versatile system that provides an easy way of submitting expenses in any currency.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease and convenience of the app! I would recommend Pleo to organisations unable to track individual spending from client facing employees.

Sometimes I forget my receipt but it's easy to manage
