What do you like best about the product?
speed, efficiency, always work (99% of the time)
What do you dislike about the product?
Traveling abroad to eg. US can have issues, and car rental is not working on the card which is a pitty.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
speed and efficicency when having +100 travel days.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
stop considering - really great product!

The perfect platform for expenses

What do you like best about the product?
We introduced Pleo for our team a few months ago to streamline expenses and it's been amazing ever since. Extremely easy to implement and understand, everyone was up and running within an hour of receiving our cards. The reminders and notifications are instant and the app works perfectly, would highly recommend to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing!! I don't dislike anything which is why I'm getting to 40 characters quickly, and done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving, ease of accounting, accurate and quick reporting. It has removed a lot of operational headaches for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's great for accounting and expenses or using as a payment systems for pre loaded cards.

What do you like best about the product?
I can make my expense and it will remind me that i have to attach the receipt, there is no way i can go wrong, i select my department, the general thing that i spent the mony on, and forget about it, plus there is also that not waiting 3000 years for admin to refund me.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, dollars to donuts, there is nothing i dislike about the app, it's simple, you can do purchases online and if you have a physical card, then it's there. i have had some issues paying with it, (as some sites require a credit card) but 0ther than that it's amazing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
well, i don't have to be out of pocket, i just put everything in there, and then stop worrying. as long as i put the receipt i don't get yelled.

Switch to pleo ASAP

What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy to transact with immediate confirmation via app, just snap your receipt and confirm job done. Best app I have and card game use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can say negative about this product

No having to keep or search for receipts , I know how much where and when I used my card, and why my balance is.

What do you like best about the product?
no more losing information on receipts or waiting for re-imbursement of expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
more integration with apps like Uber would be great where receipt is automatically uploaded rather than having to screenshot receipt.

What do you like best about the product?
That I don't have to spend my own money when on-site with company clients
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Pleo has outages, but they seem to be rare and far between
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo drastically reduces the effort of each employee to recoup expenses, as they are no longer coming from individual bank accounts. As a result, we can spend more time doing our actual jobs without worrying if we can afford to travel out to clients.

It is so simple to use and have people around the world activating and setting themselves up without any support.

As more and more people want to use it we have to keep spending money ;)

What do you like best about the product?
You get notified as soon as the Pleo card is used, notifying you how much you have got left to spend. All receipts are digitally stored using you phone camera and you get reminders if you forget to store a receipt, so if you lose a receipt it's not a problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had a couple of occasions when the card was declined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems at this time. Benefits are that it makes monthly accounts simple with less paperwork.

The Future of Expenses Is Here

What do you like best about the product?
After looking to upgrade our current expenses spreadsheet, and then trying out an add-on expenses program to a popular HR platform, we realised this was not the timesaving solution we hoped it would be. Enter Pleo's intuitive secure platform, with its ease on capping cards and viewing expense reports made this a hands down winner for us, for both card holders and administrators.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any issues we have had are swiftly dealt with by the team so there's nothing we don't like, it's just a matter of awaiting the product to fully develop- ie being able to have a USD version of Pleo, and compatibility with Apple Wallet are the two updates we most look forward to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The app is a breeze to use and the reminder upon purchase to take a photo of the receipt is legendary (pay attention other card suppliers!) Pleo feeds effortlessly into Xero, the accounting software, which means our VAT returns feature detailed expenses with receipts for backup in a fraction of the time it would take on any other application, and the expense report charts are also amazing to show management where their cash is going. Plus it's all real time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out! From someone who has used everything from spreadsheets to Concur, this is the real thing. The team love it, it's easy to administer and makes being compliant super achievable.
