Expense reporting made simple
What do you like best about the product?
Simple interface, easy to use and readily available support if any problems

Sometimes bugs when logging in. Not a regular issue though

Time efficient expense reporting
Over 10x time saving using pleo vs other expense system!
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to instantly add receipts on the go & no more faffing around emailing receipts to upload to a portal that only works on a PC
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes fetch will grab a receipt that is not actually a VAT receipt

Huge time saving & saving accounts from chasing staff for their expenses

I like the face I can add my receipts and get refunds easily

The topping up process is far too long winded and you can't do it in the app

Tap and pay. Reminder same day.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to pay using Google wallet. Convenient as it provides reminders on the same day as well as those that have been forgotten. The app interface is easy interact with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. Always works as it should. Perhaps more integration with retailers so that paper receipts are not needed, meaning less paper waste.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing me access with a payment solution that works without the need of carrying a physical card. Pleo is also great at reminding me of receipts that I have forgotten to add. Sometimes it helps me automatically by fetching it through my email.
I cannot go back to expense reports after pleo.
What do you like best about the product?
Saves so much time, reminds me to add my receipts and I don't have to wait to be refunded to my personal account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very slow to open (probably my connection in London) and sometimes I have to take a photo of the receipt and upload it later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to have to create manual expense reports - which took forever and the finance team would always send it back or ask me to update my format for next time.
A friendly and easy expense platform for our company
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use witihn the app. Makes it very easy to navigate when on the go, and the receipt reminders are extremely useful!
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to see more fields for Categories, as this would help the Finance team allocate costs easier.

Pleo allows our colleagues who travel flexibility and independence.

Simple to use, all the tech is in place to pull transactions from my email meaning team expenses are easily tracked and accounted for

Nothing to note that I dislike about Pleo

Makes managing team payments very easy cutting out admin time
Intuitive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive the app is and how easy to use the whole system is. I also like how helpful the Pleo team are if you need to get in contact with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately the "Fetch" feature is a little inconsistent. It sometimes works but sometimes does not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo has made using a company card a quick and easy process. Rather than having to submit receipts seperately for each transaction I can take a photo of the receipt on my phone which is then allocated against the transaction.

Receipt capture is a fantastic tool and really handy on the go

The app can sometimes crash and randomly log you out

I'm a nightmare for loosing receipts when on business trips so its great to have them stored on the app with a quick picture
Great way for tracking company expenditure
What do you like best about the product?
Not having to use my personal card and claim back expenses and be out of pocket for a few days. This clearly keeps everything seperate and having it in apple wallet is so easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a huge amount to dislike. Sometimes it can be easy to mix up with personal card and have to sort out repayment, but that's more an issue with how apple pay works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not being out of pocket or worrying about having to ask someone for the company card card details. Has just simplified life and made everything much more efficvient
