Easy to use, time-saving and clever (eg Oyster contactless use automatically creates a receipt)

Empowerment. Speed and efficiency. Saves time compared to monthly/irregular batch expense submissions.

Easy handling of expences, no more paperwork

All expences is done at the shop where you use your Pleo card. No paperwork to be done.

If you mix private and work expences it is difficult to separate it on your expencerepport.

I do not have to spend hours on expence repporting every month. Now I just use minutes.

That you can load ab a receive over 500 € in PLEO Pocket, because it doesn't work.

It allows team to save time via smart company card allocated to each.

Integrating with external apps and APIs was overwhelming during initial setup.

Our accountant has less work to do, which saves us money.
I don't need to upload our receipts (the ones I pay with Pleo) into his old school system anymore either, I can prepare everything in the much better Pleo UX.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the 3D Secure doesn't work and you have to try a payment process again. But it's pretty rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our accountant was (and is) costing us too much money due to their manual processes and proprietary systems. With Pleo, I can take work off him, which I can do quickly myself.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just sign up. The cost is fair, the process is easy and it works pretty much flawlessly.

I love how easy it is to use the app in conjunction with the physical card. So easy to use!

Perhaps some issues with currency conversion but nothing too major.

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo offers a simple solution for businesses that need payment cards for their employees. The controls and interface are simple for admins and the receipt upload process is good for employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
The monthly fee per user starts to add up a bit and can be a disincentive to issue cards to users who are only occasional users. I would rather pay on a different basis and feel able to hand out more cards (and probably drive more spend through Pleo). For example, in the US, Brex does not charge per user.

Ability to give out payment cards without having to go through tons of admin with our bank. Huge time and cost savings made.
