Very Convenient for End Users!
What do you like best about the product?
Deployment was very easy and it was simple for the end users to learn to utilize it. We use it very often and it's got many convenient features, such as assigning printers to a floorplan so that the users can find exactly which printer they need.

Customer support can take a little while sometimes.

We have staff that frequesntly travel from office to office, and allowing them to set the printers up themselves has taken such a burden off of our IT team.

PrinterLogic - the king of printer deployment
What do you like best about the product?
Working for a construction company this is ideal. We use the deployment tool on every site as when someone connects to the specfic IP range the printer is automatically deployed and is set as the staff's default printer. (This can be changed if need be).
The Admin portal is sleek and easy to use along with the staff portal where they can select any printer thats been pre-approved to them.

What do you like best about the product?
I've worked with lots of vendors. Countless software. Few are as intuitive and quickly impactful as Vasion Print. Do your service desk and endpoint managers a favor--make their lives infinitely easier with Vasion Print. They'll love it. You'll love it. I promise!
What do you dislike about the product?
I genuinely can't think of any negatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest mission was to move away from our on-prem print server and find a modernize printing solution. Through Vasion Print, we've cleared GPO bloat by eradicating the need for automatic printer deployment, as well as removed entirely our print server. It's just... easier. And better.
