simple to set up and works perfectly
What do you like best about the product?
Replaced aging print server technology. Easy to setup. Has been working flawlessly since deployment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not disliking anything yet. So far has been flawless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replaced aging print server technology. Easier to deploy printers to users.
Easy to use printer management
What do you like best about the product?
PrinterLogic makes managing and installing printers on remote users computer much easier, taking the load off our helpdesk staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have any negatives right now, things have gone well to this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up printers on remote sites that don't have dedicated print servers can be quite time-consuming. PrinterLogic allows us to manage those sites with greater ease.
Works exactly as expected
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and any questions I've had have been answered.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has issues with older printer connecting, but that's not the programs fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not needing a windows print server
Support/Training was A1, everyone was incredibly competent
What do you like best about the product?
It's easily the best printer deployment system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing negative about the product was its price, maybe if we would need every single feature it offers, it would be less of an issue. Everything it does is working very well and the price is justified. But if you don't need everything the price starts to be kind of high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used GPP to install printer queues, and GPP are not always working perfectly.
Experience with the Printer Logic application
What do you like best about the product?
It's a fantastic application since the Print logic installation is small and eliminates the need for a Windows server to manage the print server, while everything else is hosted on SharePoint.
If Windows Server dies, the Print Server must be reinstalled, which will prevent users from printing. This Printer Logic resolves all those concerns.

What do you dislike about the product?
The support team should be on the same page as the engineer. Support takes a long time to resolve little issues, but calling the engineer takes a minute, and sometimes reaching the engineer is problematic, so you are held in the queue to handle your minor issue or query.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No printing if the server is down for any reason. Not all printer drivers work well with GPO-based deployments. Printer Logic saves the Windows license, whether on-premises or in the cloud.
Print Logic saves a lot of money, and the setup is simple.

Decent Print Mangement Solution
What do you like best about the product?
PrinterLogic enables us to ensure consistent driver and settings deployment across workstation fleets that cannot be managed by group policy and have no access to a print server.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not enough logging or a rich enough administrative dashboard to really provide high-level confidence in the deployment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Server-less sites with Azure AD-joined workstations need a print management solution. InTune should do that but it doesn't, so PrinterLogic fills an important gap.
Very quick printer deployment
What do you like best about the product?
I haven't used any of the new features as they are not required for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The previously mentioned error has not been an issue and I don't see anything personally that needs improved at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have employees move around locations and constantly call support to install printers for each site they go to, but this also causes clutter of old printers.
Streamlined Printer Management Without a Dedicated Print Server
What do you like best about the product?
Vasion Print has just continued to work for us. No lingering issues, nothing to complain about. It just works and continues to alleviate past pain points with print servers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, other than a slight learning curve on advanced printer configuration settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removing the need for multiple print servers for each of our 4 locations. Allowing users to manage their own printers without administrator access required.
Super Easy to Setup and Maintain
What do you like best about the product?
1) It. Just. Works. 2) Friendly customer support with quick support times 3) It was so nice to get rid of managing print drivers on a print server. 4) It was easy to setup.
PrinterLogic's solution has far more features than most other compeditors.
PrinterLogic's solution has far more features than most other compeditors.
What do you dislike about the product?
We did find a solution, however, there were specific global drivers that gave us some issues in the initial rollout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PrinterLogic's solution removes the need to have yet another server to manage just for print services. It gives you the ability to add/remove printers based on where your users are at (if they move between offices) geographically (provided you have IP ranges setup per location or area).
We are loving printerlogic
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to deploy printer configurations via automated tools like scripting. The reliability of the service. The good support (which is te main reason we switched from Printix)
What do you dislike about the product?
The inabiity to use V4 drivers although we are adjusting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to deploy large number of printers and with consistent settings across many workstations especially in the wake of PrintNightmare.
