What do you like best about the product?
I find the technology very intuitive and the support team Excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having enough time to explore the capabilities of the Imagen platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Imaginative ways to deliver content for reminiscence with older people. Amazing feedback from users.

Great Solution for video archiving and distribution
What do you like best about the product?
The Imagen software is easy to use and offers many different solutions to archive, log, store, manage and distribute your content. We chose Imagen because all the services needed are within Imagen's environment, no third party is needed to create a perfect video archive solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there are storage and archiving possibilities for photos, the system is tailored for video distribution. It would be great if Imagen could enhance their photo capabilities, to create a single source for a holistic media archive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our content creation has become much more efficient. All data is easily accessible online for all our staff and contractors around the globe. Content distribution became much easier for the same reason.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform has enabled us to move into a more cloud based infrastructure, allowing us to collaborate with other partners across the globe with ease, and taking away some of the headaches that existed with delivering footage previously.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is more based around larger assets being used rather than single smaller files. This has meant a secondary solution for general shoots (which we already had in place).

The developers are fantastic at looking into your needs and finding a solution that suits and benefits you in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy to use, I have to deliver 'The Lowdown" to Prem Rugby's site on Sunday evenings and the turnaround is quick so its good to use Imagen as it neer slows down process

What do you like best about the product?
We have purchased the Imagen solution at the end of last year and are close to the end of our configuration and migration phase. The Imagen team have been flexible and professional throughout the whole RFP process, contacting process, adapting to our complex administrative procedures. They have also gone out of there way to find solutions to the various roadblocks we have encountered, particularly when it came to migrating our existing content.

Not enough experience to have anything to dislike.

A fantastic video archive solution
What do you like best about the product?
Allows our customers to easily find, clip and download content themselves. The customisable metadata and annotation fields help for customer navigation and means there is minimal involvement from our end.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Collections could do with improving as we've faced issues sharing these between registered users, although Imagen's development team are currently working on a solution for this.

We are able to manage and distribute video archives with a customer-facing website, this allows the customer to trawl through hundreds of hours of archive footage.

What do you like best about the product?
Responsive team willing to listen to feedback and adjust to your business needs, relatively straightforward to use, solid and reliable product with high levels of customisation and good scalability. Great support team have always been very quick to deal with any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Out of the box product, although coming with many positives, can be limiting in certain areas. Not always the most user-friendly backend experience, but rarely causes issues.

What do you like best about the product?
The support staff are always ready and waiting when needed. The user interface provides our end users with a clean and easy way to find and download content from across the globe. We were also able to adapt the Imagen interface to satisfy multiple use cases for distributing content to both our external user base as well as several internal users from around the globe.

The development cycles for new features can sometimes take longer than desired
