Intuitive, Flexible, and Seamless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I love Storyblok's intuitive and straightforward design, which makes it much easier for our team to manage and maintain our website compared to WordPress. The flexibility it offers in content customization and the seamless CRM integration have been fantastic, saving us time while enhancing user and sponsor engagement. The preset blocks allow us to maintain consistent branding without looking monotonous, and the cost-effectiveness of Storyblok makes it an excellent choice for our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the initial setup for Storyblok could be more straightforward. We relied on our digital agency for assistance with setting up the different blocks and templates. Without their expert guidance, it would have been challenging for us to configure things as effectively as they did.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storyblok provides a customizable, user-friendly interface for our website, enhancing creativity and professional appearance. It integrates seamlessly with our CRM, saving time and simplifying the user journey, increasing engagement by reducing sign-up barriers for our members and sponsors.
Easy to use and makes content editing a breeze.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Storyblok is how intuitive and flexible it is. The visual editor makes it really easy to see exactly how the content will look before publishing, which saves a tonne of time. The interface is clean and intuitive, so updating content or creating new pages feels effortless. It lets me focus on the creative part instead of worrying about the technical side. It is very easy
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, there was a bit of a learning curve, and I sometimes wish I had a little more design flexibility without needing a developer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storyblok solves the problem of needing technical or HTML knowledge to manage content. I can easily update pages and create new content without writing a single line of code. The visual editor is a huge plus because I can see exactly how everything will look, and the way content is organised makes it simple to manage multiple pages. It saves me time and keeps things stress-free.
Headless CMS, human friendly experience
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about Storyblok is its visual editor combined with a headless CMS architecture.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve for setup. Learning can be complex
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storyblok is mainly solving the gap between developers and content editors that many traditional and headless CMS platforms struggle with
The website is pretty good for managing digital content.
What do you like best about the product?
Storyblok makes it really easy to manage structured content while still giving marketers and editors a visual editor they actually enjoy using. As a developer, I like that the API-first approach lets me use any front-end framework (React in my case) without limitations. The component-based content blocks also make it simple to reuse sections across multiple pages, which saves a lot of time when building out new sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I love how efficiently storyblok helps to manage content but it can overwhelming to use in the beginning as everything looks complex . The permission setting are not much optimised too so that can be a problem when working with large teams to manage access across different roles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I personally use Storyblok for my personal projects as it helps me separate my content from the code. So now I can focus on frontend and manage my content efficiently.
Storyblok Helped us fast track our e-commerce brand launch
What do you like best about the product?
We have worked with various cms. I think the Visual Editor helped us heavily with iterations, building faster and A/B testing our brand placement. As Storyblok is blocks, we should create custom blocks that we can rearrange and get the better structure layout. Working with clients required a lot of back and forth, i don't really think we could have delivered on time without Storyblok.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our Developers required a bit of learning curve. Something the Visual Editor had issues. But overall working with Storyblok was better than other cms in our experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, we have highly demanding client, and we have a lot of feedback and keep the client in loop. A lot of the issue are with brand placement, content, layouts, size. This are highly small changes but if we had to work with code would require a lot of time. Especially in a highly trend driven business, like e-commerce we have to change a lot. Storyblok provides assert, CMS, and custom blocks this blocks can be integrated in the ui, and we can change the assert, content, marketing anytime.
Great CMS better than competitors
What do you like best about the product?
Provides a lot of useful tools and components. Compared with other headless cms, storblok provides better UI/UX an integration
What do you dislike about the product?

Good product, but be ware of price increases
What do you like best about the product?
Easy enough to use for my clients, virtual editor, fast CDN. I like their multi framework support and management apis
What do you dislike about the product?
No user management — it would be nice to be able to have user specific content even if it was just basic. I get why they don’t have this but it would be nice.
Biggest thing I don’t like is that they altered their usage policy and plans which is now costing my clients 3x what they were paying a few months ago with no added benefit.
Also it is difficult for users to do bulk changes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better than Wordpress essentially. We just need an easy place for clients to edit their websites

What do you dislike about the product?
1. The latest pricing model did cause problems on selling Storyblok. Especially the 20€/month for each extra language after two languages feels super steep.
2. I really miss the repeater-kind of feature that would essentially make a lot of sense and reduce the amount of required clicks when creating content
3. User roles in smaller plans

It brings us a way to offer our customers a great CMS experience
Minimalist CMS with Promising Features
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Storyblok's minimal setup process, which allows me to get started quickly. Its capabilities as a CMS are impressive, and I find the SEO features very useful. The integration feature with Figma is something I particularly like. Overall, its minimalistic approach is something I enjoy.
What do you dislike about the product?
so far nothing as such
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the product to be a very good CMS with minimal setup, and its SEO capabilities enhance my projects.
Easy to use, hard to master
What do you like best about the product?
Storyblok is quite easy to understand. It offers a nice developer experience. CMS editors do not need exhausting onboardings (if the blocks are developed carefully). Storyblok offers a nice feature set out-of-the-box. Fast responses over the Discord channel.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am missing same basic feature and it does not seem like these features are even on the list. For example hide/show components, a field type to select folders, a field type to select one or multiple tags. All of that need to be developed by the integration team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Other Content Management Systems offer in most cases a quite awful developer experience. For Storyblok I can tell that the integration is quite easy. The time-to-market value for us as a agency is pretty important.
