Easy to use for activity logging and CRM data visualization.
What do you like best about the product?
It's very flexible and usable within the Zoho Suite of products.
Integrates very nicely especially if you understand Zoho Deluge.

I think some of the visualization and charts could have a slightly smoother interface. Also, for "geomapping", it does not leave me completely fulfilled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualization of data across all the functions of my marketing channels. Most of the data is then used to gather insights about our impact across the channels.

What do you like best about the product?
Connecting multiple data sources into one dashboard and visualizing the overall data in one place is a big hit for Zoho analytics. This tool is not just for analytics but also giving real-time insights using AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, if you don't have technical knowledge, you might feel lost while setting these analytics, but with some patience, you can complete it. A lot of features might be turned off for light users.

It helps to collect data in one place. You can connect all your data sources in Zoho analytics, combine the data, and extract reports from it. It will help you to generate insights about your data using AI and also allows you to visualize how data is flowing in your overall digital system.

What do you like best about the product?
The product is really helpful. It helps me create multiple views of the data. I have been using it to quickly analyse data, as well as to create management reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is complicated and there is a long learning curve. Most of the time I have to download the data and work on it separately, as it gets very complicated on the platform.

Zoho has been helping us with data analytics of our consumer from sales to demographics. Since it is directly connected to the Zoho CRM, it becomes very easy to work on the data.

connecting the entire database in the same software for a broader analysis has never been so easy with Zoho Analytics, each data implemented to perform the analysis that is needed at the moment provides a detailed report where the variety of graphs, widgets, tables dynamics and view components make a visualization much easier to understand and to know what are the problems that can appear and to be able to act more quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
the prices of the plans, the more tools they have, the more expensive it is, but I consider that the most expensive plan increases its price a lot because it is the most complete

Zoho Analytics is one of the best tools available in the market for connecting data from anywhere, preparing data for analysis, document analysis using AI and creating an attractive and super cool data pool for reporting. The best part is that the tool offers most of its free features, which adds to its significance in the Indian market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoho Analytics offers most of the features a data analysis software requires but needs improvement in handling extensive data. This tool is still in the learning curve, so many changes in AI and parts must be made.

Zoho Analytics is best at blending data and preparing valid and excellent data points and reports using AI. Earlier, our organisation used to handle data using different tools that were not that much AIpowered, but with Zoho Analytics, our issue is resolved.

Nothing much to dislike just the learning curve and the UI of this software can be a bit tricky.
