What do you like best about the product?
Helps me very easily understand how much my customers are using our software. Extremely helpful in rightsizing renewal contracts.

Nothing comes to mind. Overall great product.

Thoughtspot is providing visibility into all of my customers utilization of our software product.

What do you like best about the product?
Speed to insights, flexible to use search and creating liveboards with ease. Collaboration with teams is easier. With cloud it becomes more and more agile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Web interface at times is not so user friendly and is not heavy on the visualizations. This is being improved in the latest versions though.

Great for beginners in data analysis
What do you like best about the product?
ease of use, user friendly. just like google-ing.

Lacks some key data, but i am aware that our ops team is working on adding more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pulling data quickly. If I have a question, I can input it in Thoughspot and get an asnwer quickly. saves time having to pull from databases.
Excellent FP&A tool for high quality reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to build answers and after they are done pinning them to Liveboards for future continued use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would want more functionality in being able to link more sources.

KPI data reporting, and I also have the ability to drill into the data faster than other digital tools.

It is atime saver and a data warehouse and is helpful when putting together large data sets and acts as our data wwarehouse that we can pull analytics from everdya

it sometimes is hard because it will take a lot of time to update and thus delays our broader global teams workflows and puts us behind and takes too long often

It helps us use our statistics for quarterly reporting and keeps us updated on current market info and data and analytics and os great for our org for this reason
ThoughtSpot is a huge time saver when it comes to quickly analyzing and reporting on data.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. Not needing to know specific syntax makes using this tool extremely easy compared to other means of reporting on the same data. ThoughtSpot does a great job of figuring out what you want to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few options to customize the look of a map view type of chart. It would be nice to have different icons for different layers. For example, be able to plot site locations on a map using a tower icon and plot customer ticket locations or outage locations on the same map using a different icon. The basic grey map is also not very useful when zooming in on a specific area, as no details (state, city, street, etc.) are shown.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ThoughtSpot is solving the problem of being able to quickly analyze and report on data pertinent to my department's success metrics. Old ways of reporting and analyzing data were slow and challenging for the end user.
A remarkable searching platform!
What do you like best about the product?
The best about Thoughtspot is that we can have an unlimited customer base and self-service data analysis. It also doesn't require a highend IT knowledge and can be accessed by any customer with minimum computer expertise. It also provides instant data access, saving a lot of time for our team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
My team recently experienced a lack of dashboard filters, such as the date parameter, and the pricing is a little too high compared to other similar platforms. But overall, Thoughtspot is an excellent platform, and there's nothing I dislike about it at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ThoughtSpot's swift analysis, interpretation, and visualization of data help my team draw up data-supported decisions faster. Modifying dashboards has also never been this easy to access, and also we have downsized our workforce, which has helped to cut down our annual cost.
