Simple Smart and Fast Analytics Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use by non-technical analysts across the organization
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of Data connectors in the current version (4.5) we find it tedious to first develop an etl job for preparing the data and then pushing it to Thought Spot via tsload. Having data connectors would save us a lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thought Spot is widely used across our organization for determining the customer behaviour, factors affecting sales and revenue., life time analysis of phone models . Using the tools we were able to help business determine engagement churn, survival performance., etc., Using

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the concept on how thoughtspot do on the business research side. Unlike traditional reporting dashboard such as tableau and powerbi. Thoughtspot is more focus on how to solve a business problem easier and that is exactly what excutives want. Good startup.

There are still a lot of functions missing. I real world data are messy. And Thoughtspot need to make itself work in different scenerios.

We are not using ThoughtSpot in our company. But we are tracing its development.

lack of data connectors to ingest data. personalization, need more powerful AI algorithms to segment data

solved customer churn problem. and expanded to enterprise. adapted to enterprise level user community. discovered insights that are hard to detect.

Their search experience is amazing and the speed with which it returns the results are really impressive.

I would like to see more maturity in their road map because the speed with which the current analytics world is changing its a must.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that the tool is answering questions I didn't know I had. And the fact that the tool learns from my searchers and can predict what I will be most interested in

Haven't really found something I do not like yet (I am new to thoughtspot)

=For now we are going to use thoughtspot for dashboards for our executives. from what I saw in the last few days, I see other things we can use the system for. Will need to present to my management

integration with snowflake is great and abiltiy not to pull data again

Data federation across multiple datastores or have the ability to have a hybrid solution ( data resides within thoughtspot and outside of thoughtspot)
