Thoughtspot - Great System but Slow
What do you like best about the product?
Able to easily pull together and customise numerous dashboards based on your specific needs and KPIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often took awhile to load dashboards and data - when creating a specific dashboard, would have to wait several minutes for it to populate at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to pull specific data required for various projects and marketing initiatives easily. Create dashboards out of data that help simplify and make learnings digestible.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoyed how user friendly the software is for new users, especially the search tab accessing all data for a specific data set.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough demo videos for new users and users that are not as quick to learn new systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems I am currently aware of as a user.
Game changer for analytics

So easily integrated with AWS and now you can use Sage with GPT Chat!

No real bugs or issues using it, learning curve minimal

Easy visibility into all necessary data and available across the cloud and multiple platforms
A great way to create easily to understand data insights/reports.

It is very simple to use, and the final product allows you to share reports/data with many different people within the company.

I don't really have any downsides to the platform. There is a learning curve but it is easily learnable with focus.

Thoughtspot is helping us to create data/presentations for our clients that clearly and effectively show them exactly how their business is performing. Cloud storage also helps us to stay organized internally.
A modern tool for BI analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I find this tool to be very beneficial for my professional work as it provides accurate analytics that I can rely on. This has allowed me to enhance my business operations. The feature that I value the most is its AI capabilities, BI platform, support for cloud data, usability, mobile reporting, workflow, dashboards, graphs, and data visualization. Overall, I am highly impressed with Thoughtspot. It has greatly assisted our executive management in making informed decisions through real-time data visualization and trend analysis. This has significantly reduced our workload since we no longer have to perform all the analyses manually. Thanks to Thoughtspot's AI-based system, my team and I no longer experience burnout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have doubts about the precision of the information retrieved by the ThoughtSpot, as we have seen there have been instances where we have compared data obtained from Thoughtspot with manually collected data, and have discovered inconsistencies.
This may vary from company to company but I find the pricing to be on the higher side when compared to the number of features available.

I love this product because it stores all our data in one place, which has saved us so much time and effort. Before using Thoughtspot, we used to have our data on different devices and in paper form, which made it difficult to find the information we needed quickly. Now, everything is in one convenient location, and we can access it easily whenever we need to. It has also helped us collaborate more effectively with our team and clients through a digital platform, which has resulted in quicker and better-informed decision-making. Overall, I'm very impressed with Thoughtspot and would recommend it to anyone looking to streamline their data management process.

We're able to utilize TS to look at our data and conversions on a day to day basis. We can also look at the quality and get trends to help fill in gaps

Self-service platform that's fast and flexible and provides automated insights discovery. It's fantastic how it suggests questions to users that they wouldn't think of asking.

Is lacking in terms of overall cosmetic customizations.

It is used for pricing and bid desk analytics, supplies management, and channel performance qand profitability.
