I Never Thought I would Get a Solution like ThoughtSpot
What do you like best about the product?
1. ThoughtSpot was easy to deploy, implement and use.
2. It's effective in data analyzation as a result of robust BI and cloud analytics tools.

-Unfortunately, there's no cloud console for ThoughtSpot like that of AWS.

Easy and a very functional platform in the modern market!
What do you like best about the product?
Thoughtspot has been an absolute lifesaver for my company. From data integration to visualizing and analyzing, Thoughtspot has helped to keep all our data within reach of our fingertips. It's an easy-access platform that doesn't need rocket science.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though the Thoughtspot platform is excellent, the pricing is too high for medium-scale companies. Home base businesses and customer support were delayed when I asked for immediate support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we used to have our data on many devices and on paper which was not easy to access in an emergency, and sometimes, it took days to find the information we needed. But with Thoughtspot, we have managed all our data from one device, minimized the mistakes we made manually, and saved a lot of time and money we spent on IT personnel.

What do you like best about the product?
Thoughtspot is a modern data platform that is very helpful to medium-scale companies to visualize and analyze data without any hazel. Data visualization can be changed to any chart we desire and provides a clear visual presentation of the data in the simplest way to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thoughtspot is a great platform, but the pricing is too high for small-scale businesses to effort, and the customer support is a lot delayed, and we found many difficulties reaching out to their aid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thoughtspot has given us the benefit of getting all our data on different devices to store in one place with access to all our team members. Before Thoughtspot, we invested a lot of money and time in manpower, and also we experienced a human error in some regions of data analysis. Now, with Thoughtspot, we have overcome all the difficulties and experiencing a whole new era of storing data.

What do you like best about the product?
Thought spot automates data integration, visualization and analyzing the changes the company has made without any hazel. Thought spot can identify any changes in the company over time and this can be accessed offline as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thought spot some times delay in customer support requests and pricey for small scale business. A little too advanced for anyone with little computer literacy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we use to have many devices and software storing all our company data and we found that it was very messy and cannot be found when required and it took a lot of manpower, time and also experienced a human error when accessing the data, the Thought spot has managed to give us all our company information in one platform and can be easily accessed within seconds.

like SAP, ORACLE etc and can help to fetch reports from there directly.
It also helps to save the required format of the report and can be used without changing the format again from scratch.

Every time the date has to be changed as of today, to fetch the updated data, which should have been automatically.
Nomenclature used in filters are not very friendly, and finds difficult to find and correlate.
It can sometimes become unresponsive.

Thoughtspot helps to fetch reports like open orders reports , suppliers performance, on time delivery etc. which can help to measure the buyers and suppliers performance.
Also, not only data but it helps to have prepopulated graphical representation of data automatically saving time.

There is a bit of a learning curve involved for Thought spot modeling language also known as TML

Honestly,it's one of the best platform I have come across with, can't think of any dislike towards it.

I like how it normally provides SQL query to it's user's whenever they search anything.
Also it's very simple to work with it since it does not require alot of technical knowledge so as to use it.
