Super professional and extremely friendly partner!
From the first day I felt in good hands.

What do you dislike about the product?
Since I accepted to use their new online portal, there were some minor problems.
But nothing too bad.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I didn't know a thing about data privacy and since it became a big thing especially in germany they helped me understand what to look for in software development to stay compliant with data protection laws
High level of expertise, efficient processes
What do you like best about the product?
We especially like the proactive information about changes to all privacy issues we face. This way we are always up-to-date with the good feeling to act absolutely legally compliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't miss anything on the platform and have had only good experiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business model necessarily involves the exchange of individual data with non-EU resident companies. The requirements from the DSGVO are correspondingly high and complex. These were professionally implemented by Dataguard, so that we are on the safe side.
Leaning in to data security
What do you like best about the product?
We have just started our journey with Data Guard and, so far have really appreciated their flexibility around start dates. As a relatively small organisation our people resources can get quite stretched. Hopefully, once we are up and running the platform will alleviate some of this.

I would appreciate more advanced communication prompting me to engage and hit deadlines - gentle nudges along the way

Dataguard is helping us organise our policies and procedures in a central place across a complex team network.
The best data security service on the market
What do you like best about the product?
Data is a huge part of the modern age - with security always being a concern we are confident with the external support we recieve from Dataguard. Their platform is extensive with the ability to build out documents and policies in line with regulations not just to pass audit - but to ensure we are handling data in the most secure ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across a situation where i was displeased with their service in the time we have been working with them/
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ISO27001 certification is an essential part of any software company. Their service and guidiance throughout this process is world class - we are confident in their ability and their support exceeds expectation on all accounts.

We are delighted with DataGuard. Especially our consultant Marcel Temer, is of great help to us. We highly appreciate his know-how, flexibility and friendly deminer.

The Plattform could be improved, the gap assessment could be shorter.

Solid data protection service and audit
What do you like best about the product?
The Dataguard team is always helpful and advised us competently on all questions. The software is helpful and transparently reveals optimization potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, the user interface could be made a bit more modern and user-friendly, but all in all it is still relatively self-explanatory. In the audit, it would be desirable if certain information regarding tools used in one area did not have to be mentioned again in another area of the company.

We have chosen Dataguard as our external data protection officer and are basically satisfied with the service.
